They had the sign up for buy one get one for a 1$ sausage Mac muffin with egg. Went to register to ask if it was available. Server said it was still good. After ordering and before paying, someone said that it was no longer valid as of this morning. Told them it was still morning and the sign is still up on the front door. I guess I made a mistake and they said they would not honor pricing Food: 3 Service: 1

Food was cold, saw the managers back while distracting employees more than his face... Placed a basic order for 2 sodas on the kiosk and the cashier sent a text, saw me sitting there and asked "is there something I can DO for you?" In a bit of an attitude way .. had to go the counter to ask for my cups, literally... Then we not offered a straw and didn't bother asking. Stopped for a coffee drink. Drink was correct but took long to get. Most McDonald's ripe off by giving me a small cup when I order large and claim that is the large. This is my go-to McDonald's in Tigard. I always order to go inside using the kiosks, and my meal is ready in a snap. There is always lots of open seating at dinner time, when I go there. This place is very clean! So impressed with the cleanliness and the modern look. Drive the was packed so I went in. Yep the Carmel Frappe was calling my name~Barbara Z and I answered. The inside guest seemed to be enjoying their visit and food. The staff was friendly and kudos to the special kids game room set apart for their fun. Traveled from Yakima Washington to watch a swim meet and sell some of my $5 Fashion Accessories and have been to a lot of McDonald's so I must say this one is at the top of my list! Great job Cottage Grove!

Came here at 5am (google said they were open), and all the workers were standing around out front smoking weed. Came back 30min later to see that lights were on and everything appears open. Went through the drive through and was told that they won’t be open until 6am due to “everyone being late!” 🤣 I don’t eat McDonalds, but it was the only thing “open.” Just sad. I come here every day, and I get the same thing every morning using the McDonald’s app, today the worker added all my stuff after she typed in my code from the app ( which you need to do before hand) I told her I come here everyday and I’ve worked at McDonald’s I know the order of operation, she tried to tell me it “must have changed over night” instead of admitting she was wrong, she also refused to redo my order to correct the price discrepancy due to her own mistake.
