McDonald's is pretty near Historic Downtown Branson. You can always enjoy nicely cooked burgers and good sausages - a special offer of this fast food. Try tasty ice cream. Visitors don't like caramel macchiato at McDonald's. It's easy to find this place due to its great location. The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. A lot of people say that the service is fine. You will like affordable prices. Enjoy the calm atmosphere here. But this spot hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

One of the best McDonald’s I have ever visited. Quick service, clean and vibrant interiors, better tasting food and 10/10 customer service. Not usually seen in the fast food industry but the employee really cared and took interest in the customer to deliver the product. They went above and beyond even though I ordered at 10:59pm i.e a minute prior to the closing time. No complaints or attitude shown by the employees. Most of the workers seemed to be on meth or something especially a short skinny dark haired chick who said she was the manager because we asked to talk to a manager and she refused and told us she was (called up there and apparently she wasnt the manager) was very rude and didn't seem to care about anyone else in the place besides her friends who didn't have shoes on and were overall loud and cursing at people. We waited for someone to take our order and all she did was go back and forth from the back to where her friends were completely ignoring us and others. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

2/20/22 went through the drive-through order was very fast lady was very polite however when handed my food the guy didn't even say one word just had the sourpuss look on his face guess that's what we get for having teenagers work. Rude. After returning with my fish sandwiches it doesn't even look like they put tartar sauce on them and of course the reheated fries still love McDonald's but for this trip it was a disappointment.

It just so happened that at the drive-thru, we got behind a problem customer. After about 10 minutes, the car got their meal but stopped halfway out and backed up to the window, which I was about to enter for my pickup. I couldn't back up. The guy got out of his car telling me to back up because they messed his order up and he wasn't going anywhere. At this time of the morning, there were 5 cars behind me. I told him, I can't move back. I said, "Why don't you park in the drive-thru parking space and go INTO the store?" That's when he dropped the FU bomb. If it wasn't for my wife or the lady with him, I would have broken that finger and slapped him with a tire iron. That's just what you might run into at ANY drive-thru. As far as the breakfast, it was good. I think that this place, as all McDonald's, should make incentives for workers to better enjoy their job. But this morning, the guy that was taking the orders was also working the pickup window. 2 jobs at the height of breakfast goers, and there is a long wait. Not in any way was this the fault of any worker. It just makes one think that McDonald Corporation has taken the job of 4 people and made it for two. I see smiles when I go here, but go there around the end of a late shift, and those smiles are gone. They just want to go home. Mikki-D's, get your act together and make interesting food. Shake up the menu. Or, they could do a retro menu for the older generation. Remember the jingle "Two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame bun?" I remember if you said it real fast, like under 3 seconds, and you'd get a free Big Mac. I liked the instant win tickets. Be on a drink or in the bag. The food was cold, service was bad because of the guy running the drive Through. I was inside ordering . The lady at the counter did her job & was nice, but the other guy was a jurk & bossy. Go to order dessert for me and my 3 kids. I have 1 of my kids with me. And the drive-thru tells me to pull forward to wait. When he walks up with 4 cups in his hand he decides to say infront of my kid, good thing I got big hands if you know what I mean. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have literally waited for over 10 minutes for a single large Coke, nothing else. The employees in back are too busy gossiping about their phones to pay attention to customers apparently. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

These stores need to focus on the lobby orders as much as drive through went in was looked at and treated like I wasn’t there then told it would be a few minutes today from across the kitchen then went to drive through and was helped immediately
