It's so sad the hear that the management at this store has allowed one of It's Best Employees to leave because the work environment was getting bad. This worker has been there over 8 years and has amazing people skills and gets to know the customer's and make them feel welcomed!! This store will suffer with the loss & negative management in place for sure. I will start going to the other store on Wesley from now on. ☹️😬 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive threw is horrible, they are more concerned with the ticket times then actually helping with the needs of the individual order. You pay them they send to away to "wait for your food" while they take care of 8 other orders before they bring you yours. The lady that handed me my order was not even friendly. She made it seem like it was a bother for her to even be working. My fries tasted like cardboard. Some of the nicest people I have encountered work at this McDonald's. I am always greeted with kind words and a smile. I enjoy going through the drive through just so I can see these wonderful people! If I could give it a zero I would. Me and my co workers work over now hear in town and not very many options open. It wouldn’t be a problem but every time we try to order from here. They are always charge the card and take the money but when we go to pick up the food for everyone they always try to get us to pay again saying that their card reader never works and it’s always cash. But are still charging our cards. We are getting so tired of this happening every single time. Service: 1

Not a good experience! The wait was very long. No receipt after making the purchase. I'm assuming that the credit card machine was not working, because there was a cash-only transaction. I ordered a specific item when I got it was absolutely nothing like what I ordered!!! picture attached. first experience not a good one.

Horrible customer service, horrible portion sizes, horrible (and overpriced) food. I'm finished with McDonald's on Moulton street. After the drive thru was not able to get my order right, I went in and tried. I finally got food after speaking to a manager, and this is the large fry he made me. (No it didn't spill into the bag, that's it) To top it off, they were cold too. When you can spend the same amount of money at a place like Applebee's, chili's, or (better yet) Terrys place on a burger and fries as you do for a combo meal at McDonald's, why do you? I’m disgusted… this is what my daughter got in her happy meal and so I had to get back in my vehicle to go all away back, when I get there and show them this chick is literally laughing.. I do not find this funny! It is disrespectful and my flesh wanted to attack her with my words but instead I gave her grace cause I’m a woman of God and wanna set a great example for my child. I’m just so upset about this! So before you drive away make sure they aren’t tryna do this to you. CUSTOMER SERVICE THE ONE THAT COLLECTS MONEY AT THE FIRST WINDOW SHE'S ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASANT AND NICE EVERY TIME I'VE COME THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU AND THAT'S QUITE OFTEN THERE WAS A LOT OF TRASH OUT IN THE PARKING LOT AS FAR AS THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL MY FRENCH FRIES SEEMS LIKE I GOT THE BOTTOM OF THE BATCH BECAUSE IT WAS ALL LITTLE PIECES FROM THE ENDS OF THE FRIES SO IT WAS JUST IN PIECES IN THE MEAT WAS REALLY DARK LIKE IT HAD BEEN COOKED ALREADY AND JUST SITTING ON THE GRILL AND TASTED VERY NASTY I WOULDN'T FEED IT TO MY GRANDSON WHICH IS 15 MONTHS OLD AND I WOULD NOT FEED THAT TO HIM AND HE HAD A DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT SO I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO BRING IT BACK Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
