This is the third time I get my fries like this. They don’t fill up the container… why am I paying more for a larger size?

Service is wayyy too slow to be considered fast food. The food is served cold most of the time even though you wait over 10-15 minutes. Last time my burger I waited over 15 minutes for was not cooked throughly, this time served cold "hotcakes" with hard cold butter, which wouldn't melt because the "hotcakes" were cold. It's hard to find a clean table to sit at most visits. The people that work here are usually not rude so there's that. Waited over 30 minutes for one large coffee, one sprite and two pies. Eventually I went in to get a refund. They still weren't done fulfilling the order! We watched numerous people who came after us go in and come out and pass through the drive through line. I lost the reward that I redeemed through the mobile app for the large coffee. This isn't the first time I've come here that they have taken a while, but two drinks and two pies?! I know that this location couldn't care less, but we won't be coming here again. I went to the drive through and was greeted with "will you be using your mobile app", I said yes. As I was waiting for my phone to load to give the app number, I heard "well, I need the number! " I stated that I was waiting for it to load. She scoffed. I told her that I thought it was unprofessional for someone who's job is working with the public to just be rude for no reason. She (said her name was Kayla) then told me I could find somewhere else to eat because she wasn't going to take my order. That's when I asked for her name. This is on Christmas eve in surf city. As my husband and I were pulling off we could hear her still talking on the speaker with no one in line at the dive through.

Always busy causing missing items or wrong order items in the to go bag. It happens almost half the time I order food here. The staff here is excellent. They're always really kind, especially the folks that have been there for years. They regularly go out of their way for my family. My food is always right. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Service: 5

Around 7:30 tonight I was at this location to get dinner and there was a new guy working his butt off. His name was Shawn and he was working harder than the managers there. I saw two managers outside playing around and making out. As a manager, It’s kind of frustrating to see a new employee struggling to keep up and learn the ropes while his managers are dilly-dallying around. This is not the first time I’ve seen these two managers outside while the store has been packed. I really think that corporate needs to take a look into this. Maybe if the managers worried more about cleaning their soda machine nozzles or the lack of training, they would have a better store and would have less free time while on the clock. Just here to add to the poor reviews this establishment seems to regularly acquire. 1. The slowest service I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s. There was 2 other customers in the dining room and it took 30+ mins to finally get our food. By the time we received our order there were 30 plus people waiting in line behind us. Good luck! 2. This is a big one; no drink machine in dining area. No need to say more on this. 3. Do not allow DOOR DASH if you cannot keep up with the orders! Husband said this is the primary reason for slow service. 4. Food might as well have been made last week and left in the window. Could use the biscuit as a weapon if need be. In summation, DO NOT STOP HERE. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth your time or money. I recommend going to the gas station for a kind bar. These people need some serious training. I blame management because you can tell the employees are trying but just completely lost. I spent almost 20 minutes in the drive through. I ordered a mcdouble and a French fry. One mcdouble and one fry..By the time I got to the window they told me to please pull forward and wait....for a mcdouble and a fry. Its lauguable! After I already spent 20 minutes in the drive through. Don't have high expectations when it comes to fast food but these people have absolutely no idea what they are doing at all. The owner needs to step in and fix this place.
