Nicely cooked breakfast sandwiches, sausage & eggs and fish have a nice taste. Tasting good apple pie is what most visitors advise. Lemonade is good at this fast food. McDonald's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the affordable prices as people mention. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is cool. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

I have been going here for 15 years. The service is terrible. And I especially had a terrible experience tonight enough to the point to make me write this review. I never leave negative reviews but I was just there and was laughing with my friend in the drive through. When the person in the second window gave us dirty looks and gave lots of attitude assuming we were laughing about them (we were not) and said “what’s funny” then slammed the window closed and gave us a dirty look again followed by a “mhmmmm”. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I am very upset and felt very disrespected. Rude staff long waits all the time!!! Went in today, a man left bc he was waiting 15min. For his order. And another woman said she would have left if she didn’t pay. And she was waiting longer than the man that left. Poor girl was going to be late for work she said and she made a good point this is supposed to be fast food. She’s correct was not fast. I think what the problem is, I can see the workers r doing their jobs but it’s the app. Orders in my opinion. I think they should take it away I see it every where and I think it’s slowing everyone down. App orders were done in like seconds. In my opinion if u really want something go in like everyone else, forget about these app orders. Worry about the paying customer in front of you. Not the workers fault they’re just doing what they r told. But i think too bc it’s a smaller McDonald’s just take the app orders away. Smaller McDonald’s but very busy. Everytime I've ordered from them on grub hub they always forget my son's happy meal. Just seems like everyone there is stoned and incompetent. They take no accountability for being such failures at such a simple job. Go to any other McDonald's in the area. Not this one. Staff are rude, don't pay attention, refused to let me order via drive through. I happened to be on a bike. I would have gone inside, but they close the dining room at 10pm. The gas station up the street provided me with better service. Shout out to Razda Mart, they have walk in service till 12 in the morning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The order was not right as soon as I pulled up to the window. They then asked me to pullover and they would bring it out when ready. It was only one meal and I waited at least 15 minutes for it. They served at least 5 or 6 cars by the time my meal came out. Then it was still wrong. Had my son go in. And they got the double quarter pounder wrong 2 more times inside when he went in to get it fixed. They just weren't listening to what people were asking for. First it was the size of the meal. Then the double 1/4 pounder was missing a patty, then they didn't have the toppings correct twice. My son really likes McDonald's, but I would be very hesitant to go back to this particular store. There's never anyone at the front counter but when we were finally helped the girl was nice the service was decent. My gripe is the group seating the one open table was filthy so we decided to leave. I should have checked checked my order before doing so. I asked for a happy meal for my son, 2 mcdoubles no pickle extra mustard for myself. One mcdouble had no pickles no mustard no ketchup just cheese and onions. The second one has extra and I mean EXTRA ketchup and pickles no mustard. I've been to this location many times. Only one time was the place of complete disaster and to be fair there was a bunch of teenagers that ordered food and then instead of eating it just had a food fight. I've been coming to this McDonald's on and off for about 8 years now and the consistency has always been awful. Today I stopped in and grabbed a Happy Meal and an iced coffee I get home and all that's in the Happy Meal box was apple slices, the toy and sauce. We go to the one on Union St. in Schenectady, NY almost everyday for breakfast and the bagels are hard and there is something wrong with the carbonation in the Coke and it makes the soda taste horrible. The person that works at the drive thru window is extremely slow.
