Every time I go, I keep thinking "Maybe they'll get the order right" nope. I've asked for a Deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, made it clear to them that I DO NOT want spicy. I got a spicy, went back and I was given a spicy AGAIN!!!! Is the sauces mislabeled or something??? The second had a blob right in the middle so as we're heading out of town, our kid gets to the center and it's spicy! Come on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They will literally always mess up your order here, demand a receipt and check your bags before driving off. I've had them forget sauces (which they then made me pay for again, even though I had my receipt), fries, drinks, and once, an entire Big Mac. We have visited this place super late at night (around 1-2am) because we were driving late, and it took a very long time to get the food. The lady, who worked at night was nice, though. A huge advantage is that this place is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. The sandwiches tasted okay, but one had too much pepper in the meat and another looked mediocre.

Absolute Great atmosphere, amazing people and service, and really good food!👍. I recently moved up here to Flagstaff arizona and it is the best place to raise your kids and enjoy out door weather and the many different hiking sites. Well, safe travels... I placed my order for breakfast at 10:16am. Because I am far away from that location , at 10:24am selected I am here knowing McDonald stops breakfast at10:30. By the time I arrive at 10:45, the staff told me they cannot find my order , then the GM Alejandro told me they threw away my breakfast order that was already made because we werent at the restaurant within 15 minutes. I feel McDonald is very wasteful and unprofessional for throwing away food order that was made for the customers when there are a lot of hungry people out there. Alejandro was also very rude and unprofessional the way he handled the situation . He did not admit to his mistake and made excuses for not making our order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Paid very brief visit. Flagstaff, being a college town, there was lots of business inside and at the drive through. Was traveling through Flagstaff and needed to use the facilities. Very clean. Can say that I have eaten meals aplenty in Cottonwood where I live. Don't interact with staff except at drive through. The young people are amazingly cheerful. And, as far as I am concerned, McDonald's French Fries are the BEST in the world. Blessings! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sandwich was the wrong chicken sandwich. I got a squished overcooked and luke warm spicy cheap one instead of the one I paid for. I guess they replaced children play area with another eating area. They then started using the area for storage. With that, they have it half walled off by a trash can. They have an awkward sounding typed signàge blaming poor employee tidiness for the reason the room is off limits to guests? May I suggest a little more thought with less words,"Staff only. McDonald's is STUPID overpriced. $20 for 2 fish sandwiches, 1 medium fry and a medium drink??? Signs on the wall saying 'you have 30 minutes to eat then get out???' No service to order? They give you a plastic sign with a number that says they'll bring your food to you - But they don't. No salt. No ketchup. No straws. NO, I mean NO human contact. Nope. Just nope. You know when you put in a order for a hamburger because your allergic to cheese, you would think the line cooks wouldn't put on cheese. You would be wrong.
