Did curbside. Most of the food was OK but the biscuit was super hard. Worker never said a word to me when bringing me the food. Specifically ordered packs of ketchup and it's the first thing on the bag, got none. Politely asked the worker for some, she just glanced at me and never said a word and left. Waited like 3-4 minutes for her to bring me 4 packets. 2 sandwiches were terribly wrapped with food visible and getting cold. Such a disappointing experience. A standard breakfast order was ruined by unprofessional individuals. The food was sub par and possibly microwaved. How can a hashbrown be ruined? Microwave it after it has been fried. Hopefully this location will receive new management to improve service. I will not return to this location. YUCK! Employees have been so rude to those in the store and in drive through each time I’ve been here. Tonight though, The woman said “what do you want briefly and then proceeded to not listen to a word I said. Then when I went to ask a question she cut me off asking medium or large in a harsher tone and near yelling into the mic at 7:50 pm on November 17th. Definitely go the Hardy street one of you need a McDonald’s , better service, will be going there from now on. McDonald’s on broadway frappe machine is never operable. They ask for your app code and than tell you it’s down . To me that is unprofessional because you can only use it once. They need to come up with a better system instead of a I don’t care attitude. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I had to wait for food and a drink the when I got the food I still had to wait for a freaking drink for 2-3 minutes and their service is horrible they act like they don’t want to be there… like it’s not my fault that you have to work there not me. Poor customer service. After they failed to give me the drinks I ordered and had to ask for them I asked for a cup for water. Was told it would cost me $0.27. Receipt in attached photo states if I rate (5) highly satisfied I can receive BOGO Quarter Pounder. - Guess I will not be getting my reward for lying about a "Highly Satisfied" experience. **Update2** More bad service. 5 minutes at window after the famous “ one moment (no please). 3 cars through other lane while I wait. Went to Birger King. **Update** From bad business to outright theft. I just happened to catch that the menu price is less than what I was charged. While .20 isn't much its still an overcharge. It is done every time that item is sold. Buyer beware. Fix your hours of business. Can’t get an order right. Three drinks, fries and sandwiches? Nope. Left a fry no straws or napkins. McDonald's World Chain Restaurant recognized almost 89% of Humanity for decades, There are many like this 24 hours, I've always liked Breakfasts and they make a very Exquisite Coffee. It is the meeting point of Elders every day, it is something unique that I have observed here in the United States, McDonald Congratulation.
