The food don't always be warm, it might as well have ice crystals on it, I wish them Latinos would stop talking so much while fixing food with all the spittle flying out of their mouth speaking so fast spittle is flying really fast this poses a safety/health hazard. Please just fix the food and spare us your germs. If you must talk do it on your own time, or put a mask over your mouth you might make someone sick Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Exceptional service in the Drive thru on this particular Tuesday evening. Our order was taken and executed and verified exactly the way it was verbalized. Courtesy is the reason they’re getting 2 stars… their courteous service is pretty consistent! But efficiency is NOT, they’ve given me extra sausage when I DIDN’T ask for it. This morning I specifically ordered an extra slice of Canadian bacon which I was charged $1.59 extra on top of the usual price… get home and find there’s NO meat on it at all… I’ve worked in food service for years previously, and I know management and regional managers love to tell employees to get ppl in & out of the line with a smile… well I would prefer to get what I pay for than to have quick service with the wrong order!! I have been to many McDonald's during my travels and this restaurant is only the 2nd McDonald's that proudly displays the American flag. The restaurant was very clean and brightly decorated. We went at 10 pm after all day at Great America six flags. Drive thru was very busy, but our food was out fast, it was hot and fresh, and order was correct! Parking lot and grounds were pretty clean and manicured also. Staff was happy and efficient. Would definitely eat here again. Waited at the counter forever. Had to move to the order pick up area and make eye contact with the young lady before anyone came to take my order. I ordered the Bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. It was ready almost instantly but my hash brown was ice cold and greasy and (see pic) the egg was burned. The biscuit was hard as a brick, to the point that I was unable to eat the bottom part of the biscuit. Other than the polite young lady that took my order this place is a wreck. The food was simply unacceptable, especially for a McDonalds. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The service was pretty quick, and the two pick up windows are an exceptionally efficient way to have cars in and out of the drive through. The food... well... the food was decent... It is McDonald's, so expectations are low to begin with... But the mayo on each burger was a glob more on the side of the bun, rather than in between the buns. The fries were hot and delicious, and the Double Quarter Puonder was more glued to the side of the box. The burger itself ripped half the patty off because the cheese glued it to the corner of the box... So service? Awesome! Atmosphere? Clean and quite efficient! The food? ... There was barely a line, not long at all but the service was just extremely slow. And this by far was the worst McDonald's food I have ever eaten in my life. Gross pretty much threw it all out and my child threw it all up that night. Yes disgusting. Please go elsewhere. Plus their coke the phenomenal McDonald's coke was bad:( yuckie. No bueno.
