Moldy bun 🤢🤮. *Update 1/26/23. The manager reached out to me to offer a replacement sandwich. I was happy with this solution because I understand things happen, and was willing to increase my rating. Then I tried to use the coupon. I placed a mobile order without the sandwich. At the drive-through, I explained that I had a coupon code for a free sandwich. At the window, I was told that I already paid for the sandwich (they added it to my credit card without my permission). I tried to explain, but they had a manager come over to tell me that I couldn't use this coupon. What was the point of this? This is way too much confusion over lunch. Maybe I am too stupid to order from here, so I guess I won't. Part of what I am paying for is convenience, which hasn't been happening. Food: 1 Service: 1

I had very good service. Jayson was able to help me with my order after I ordered the wrong thing. The store was very clean and was very fast. Tramway McDonald's is definitely getting better in my eyes!!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
