I just got 10 nuggets extra value meal and 2 vanilla ice creams 5 minutes ago but when I opened the bag the fries were cold and not enough I think they gave me left over and food was disgusting.next time if you don’t have fresh food tell the customer for wait and we can always wait.this happened first time at this location never had complaints in past When I called they told me comeback but I can’t go back Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

If you’re looking for service at this location, drive thru is the way to go. I don’t think the staff realizes they have a front of house, as customers wait at the till for over 5 minutes without any even acknowledging them, and then your order will take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to double check your order also, good chance at least one item will be wrong. FYI, parking not available in the front of the store, delivery takes priority. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Been going to this place as it's on the way. Always have badly presented food items and coffee/tea is either burnt or not properly prepared whenever I redeem my points. Isn't the points system to reward us for loyalty? Makes you want to just go to the adjacent tim hortons. Even when I pay for the food, it's still subpar. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My local McDs. 1. Staff are very friendly and polite. It's cool when they guess my order or use my name when I pull up and they recognize my voice. 2. Rarely mess up orders when busy. 3. Manager is nice and professional (and cute). 4. Staff know how to crack an egg, so nice not eating eggshells like some other locations! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

i put a pick up order at 11:52 PM, i got to the menu board, and after waiting a solid 2ish minutes for to be acknowledged, she said “hey just give me one moment” moments after that, another car came but when on the other side, she took their order first which was whatever to me, but then after they had ordered i had to wait a few more minutes, at this point it was already around midnight. another car then again pulls to the other menu board and she proceeds to take their order again resulting in waiting a couple more minutes even after those people ordered. when she finally answered to me, i let her know my pick up code and she told me the stuff i ordered would be microwaved since they stop serving certain items after 11, and i asked if i could get a refund and she said she i could reorder again which got me frustrated because i had already been waiting for a LONG TIME. it is always the the missing dipping sauces/items OR it’s the service these night shift workers give you that just ruins the experience. Food was sub par even for McDonald's. Service was horrible!! They pay more attention to drive thru than dining in customers and I have never seen a bathroom so disgusting in my entire life!! Like seriously??? Check them once and a while. Horrible experience, horribly ran Food: 1

This McDonalds closing late, and it’s make me really happy, because we have place where to go just for friends meeting. Spent there more than 2 hours from 8:30 to almost 11pm . Was peaceful, workers nice and friendly. Our coffee and food was fresh. I just went there as I went grocery shopping late and didn't want to make a dinner. First mistake they did was when I wanted take out, they forgot the paper bag I paid for. The second mistake is soon as I got home I noticed the McChicken burger with Thai sauce I got, wasn't in the bag. I was baffled by the food not in the bag, that I didn't notice the missing burger. Will not be returning to this location. The second to last time that I went was through the drive through. The person taking my order clarified 3 times that I wanted 2 plain hamburger kids meals. The order was not correct. The receipt said the wrong order, although it was clarified 3 times. My child ended up going to school hungry because of this. I went back and they gave me 2 more kids meals for free. The last time that I went I ordered on the mobile app. Order was wrong again. I tried to call to make a complaint. When I Said that I was calling to make a complaint I was met with the response of "again?" And the person that was talking to me taking orders and not responding while I was trying to talk to them. Update: decided to give this location another chance a month later. NOV 22. Ordered a plain hamburger kids meal. Order was double checked by the person taking it. I received a cheeseburger.
