I don't eat McDonald's but my kids do. So like Amy reasonable parent when they scream yell and see McDonald's signs every exit you pick one. I picked this one. I again do t eat McDonald's. Personal choice but I'll go there. This place I lost my wallet. I called and they had it. From point of service to calling if they had my wallet to picking it up was probably the best service i ve had from McDonald's in years. Ty Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordinarily would not eat McDonald's but with the cloudy weather and low charge in my onboard battery, I've eaten what I had in the fridge before it went bad. And there really wasn't much else along the way to where I was headed today. So it's McDonald's or be hungry. Ordering on the app, I went inside and my dinner was ready in a bag with my name on it, I ate and drove. Two cheeseburgers and a small fry. Easy enough, they were assembled properly and cooked fine. I placed a mobile order and they left it on the counter with no ticket, so i had no idea my food was done. When I tried to check up on it the employees acted like I don't exist. I get it's a fast food place but I'd take bad service over no service at all. Wasted my whole lunch break. Thanks. Service: 1

Ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches with extra onions 🥪 (without the bun, gluten-free) from the value menu and an ice cream🍦 cone without the cone, (but they included the cone anyway). Food was fine but their packaging of value meals is now in a very tiny cardboard box with no paper wrapping, not easy to eat from in the car. They only had one size of French fries - medium, which are way too pricey now at McDonald's - it's supposed to be fast food AND inexpensive. This particular McDonald's on the west side of Portland, Oregon is a beautiful spot to stop, wait out the rain 🌧, and get gas ⛽ across the street before heading to the beach ⛱ . Went to North Plains Oregon location as we moved here recently. Got a goody bag from which has two Crispy Deluxe burger coupon. First the customer service behaved so rudely as we were not paying cash but by coupon and then we got a horrible look burger consist of only bread, chicken and pickle. No milkshakes, the machine is broken.. They don't give you a total until the first window where they collect the money, so there is no opportunity to get your money ready while you're waiting in line. Every time we go here the order is wrong, always missing something or modifications not made properly. They are always rude and not paying attention. Today the associate was touching the food with their bare hands and when pointed out to the manager she argued with us that he was taking out the garbage. She was very immature. We could very clearly see he was touching the nuggets. We will drive the 10 extra minutes to 185th to avoid this location as it is always wrong and a waste of my time and money. Worst McDonald's around. I only go there because my kid wants a happy meal now and then for the toy and they never give out the current toys. In fact they put on the order, a current toy that other McDonald's have, then they give you a terrible cardboard hasbro game. The McDonald's in North Plains always serves fresh and hot meals. I've never been disappointed with this location. Whomever owns this franchise please consider purchasing some of the Portland area locations. If the owner or manager sees my review please thank your employees. They are professional and looked very sharp. I drive from Southeast Portland to North Plains because I know I won't be disappointed. Cheers 🙏
