They don't deserve even 1 star. I was givien a severly undercooked quater ponder and when I called the store and spoke to the manager, he offered me to replace the meal without even offering an apology or showed any concer that uncooked raw ground beef could make me and my family sick. When I stress to him that this unexceptable, he said what else he can do but to give me another QP. I didn't eat McDonalds for a number of years because I know it's not healthy and I was into fitness. Well lately I have been using the app and this location always has great service and surprisingly actually enjoy my DQPC even as a burger snob. Our orders are 99%+ correct as we only have done drive thru. I think there may have been 1 time in about 30 times ordering there was an error. Make sure you guys are getting your receipt here. Just got my food held up because the cashier who took my cash money just moments before I got to the food window lied that I didn't pay for the food and just drove pass her to the food window to get the food. Normally, I don't grab the receipts for small purchases like this, but now I'm going to. Workers were super rude as well, looking at me like I didn't pay for a $9 meal. The manager was worse. He told me to go and that it was their mistake, but no apologies were given. Last time I'm eating here. I suggest you all look for a different McDonald's, in case you get accused of trying to steal your own already paid for food from the drive-through. Ordered a Big Mac meal but got this instead. I get that I ordered a large order but how do you mess up an entire meal? The fact that a Big Mac is the #1 on the menu and I get this is ridiculous. Good to know that next time I come to this McDonald branch, I shouldn’t order a Big Mac because all I’m going to get is a chicken patty with stale buns. Whoever made this knew what they were doing.
