The crispy chicken sandwich pictured in the menu was actually a dry piece of chicken on a bun with 2 small pickle slices on top and a tiny ribbon of lettuce underneath.

Poor service and have non functional equipments. Told the cashier about placing a sign to make client aware about not having a product because of their equipment, and she said it is not permitted. They like to waste a clients time in the drive through. NOT recommended.

Very convenient. The only thing is the staff customer service. More than once I have been there and they are more into joking with each other than taking care of customers. Once they were having an am staff meeting in front of customers. In the counter area. We had to wait for them to finish for us to order. Good potential. They could make so much more profit. I would clean and mow grass area. Offer kids area. Good paint job. Better and faster service and in the area they are, more people will stop to buy. I live in USA, I know the potential in that area.

They open a 6:00 am they start working maybe at 6:45 or so . No salt no pepper and when I ask for the hotcakes once i get to my destination No Butter No @#$%^& Syrup that's sad. The employees are good and polite maybe they just need better training. CORPORATE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

Very disappointing , the orders asked is ok , but when asked for coffee it was stated to add regular sugar and twice they have given me low calorie sugar , and recent , I've tested them literally if they have regular sugar and told me yes , so I proceeded with the order and the sent me no sugar for my coffee I was so mad , but here I am informing my experience , please verify all your orders before leaving the window to avoid any disapointments.

Only drive thru was available. Didn't give ketchup for fries. Quarter pounder meat was dry👎 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Bad service, never have drinks the times I went to order and never gives you ketchup. One time I order 2 oatmeal and didn't give me spoon with. Just how??? Never coming back always messing something on your order.
