I came here when there were 0 people in the drive thru, and the inside was empty. The person who took our order in the drive thru sounded dead and angry for absolutely no reason. We only ordered 2 caramel frappes and they don’t even hand make them! They’re machine made 😭 why are you upset at 2 frappes. I don’t even know why we bothered to give money to this mcdonald’s because our drinks were messy all on the outside and they weren’t even all the way full. We’re the ones paying for it so why aren’t they full? I think it’s also unsanitary to be eating and drinking things as you’re handing out food to others. There was a worker in a black hoodie who just ignored us because their drink and food was more important. If you don’t like your job, then don’t work here. You’re not going to bring down my mood just because you hate working AN EASY simple job. These photos were taken as soon as we drove away, and no we didn’t even take a single sip yet. Mixed experience. Ordered a Sausage, Egg, & Cheese McGriddle meal with a small soft drink for here. I ordered via the kiosk, which was very easy to use. The kiosk was out of receipt paper, but had the number tents. The kiosk instructed me to take the table number and the order will be served to my table. The order never arrived after more than 10 minutes. Went to the counter and the employee asked what I was waiting for. I showed her my number tent. This took an additional 3 minutes to retrieve my order. The order was cleared from their order confirmation screen. They had to find the order. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I would highly recommend the food here. The lobby was in descent shape. No visible trash laying around and clean tables and floors. This location needs to work on Customer Service and efficiency. This will improve ratings as well as driving results for the restaurant. Motivating employees will also help with speed and Customer Service. I can't recommend this location if you are looking for food quickly. If you don't mind waiting a while for your food, then this location will be ok. Ok this place has always been not so great, drive thru workers 9/10 have the worst attitudes, managers are nice but the communication is terrible even not busy!! So I went on a not busy morning, it was 6:10am, as soon as you pull up, the drive thru lady mumbles what do you want. Did my order pulled up, two cars waiting in spot one and 2, I order a simple single meal and i pay and she give me my drink and tells me there will be a wait move to mobile lane 3, ok so I do, I see waiting cars leave and got there stuff and four more cars pass with their food and almost 10min now so I went in, come to find out she didn't tell the runner about my order, that I was waiting in that spot she told me to go. So I did get my food but of course I ask for my receipt because this place hates to give it to you, two min later I get it and of course it's not even my receipt! Not my order, not my card! I was over it and will tell everyone with eyes and ears to stay away from this unorganized place!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place was gross. Garbage overflowing, sticky tables, soiled underwear in mens bathroom floor, the doors in the ladies room don't close and there was no TP. Man in the lobby playing lottery apps at full volume, and the food was average, but sauce appeared to be applied from across the room. I've been coming here for about 3 years now and usually they're pretty decent. I've stop going to McDonald's over all because of the inconsistently, no matter which location I visit. Tonight however, this location gave me some nuggets that were so old I should've returned and asked for a refund. I guess it is what it is.. Yes I was visiting towards midnight, but the service was very slow. It was not busy. I had ordered a McDouble, McChicken, and medium fry. This was my first time running into a McDonald's that charges for water, so I declined. The sandwiches were thrown together and the fries barely had heat. This location was extremely slow. Only received 17 nuggets in my 20 piece ordered. Mcdouble was tagged no onions but loaded with them. Price gouging going on at this location as well. Charged $9.69 but at the other location the 20 piece price is $ 6.49. How is that even allowed??? Extremely disappointed and will not return and will share this experience with everyone.
