I have been inside and through the drive-through and both experiments have been fine from what I have seen on reviews is amazing compared to what I had experience very respectful and professional workers. we are all human and make mistakes so if anyone makes a mistake, just respectfully let them know they made one but get upset and make reviews based on their work effort. It’s best to directly confront the issue at the window rather than reviews, I personally went here and check Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a wonderful experience with McDonalds this morning. The dining room is very comfortable and bright. The hotcakes are super yummy! I love that it comes with the little butter packets and syrup. I will be here again!

I recently visited this McDonald's on Lowell St in Tewksbury, MA and was extremely disappointed with my experience and the food quality. The fries that I received were old and tasted completely rancid. I voiced my concern to the staff, but they seemed completely indifferent to my complaint. After being persistent, they had me pull up and wait for fresh fries. Less than a minute later, they gave me the same exact fries but warmed up. Unacceptable. I used to love McDonalds, but it seems like this is the norm anymore. I personally worked at McDonald’s for many years as a teen and I don’t recall this level of disrespect and indifference. On top of that, the price for 4 sandwiches and a large fry was around $40. With the poor service and bad food, I felt as though I was being ripped off. I was extremely frustrated with this McDonald's location and would not recommend it to anyone. When things go fine, it's a fine McDonald's location. However, they close early despite taking online orders. When I attempted to contact management, I got no response.
