If i could rate this location a zero, i would. I ordered from doordash and honestly just made me want to never get food from this location again. I had ordered Two 10 piece nuggets, Fries, and two apple pies. Did not receive my apple pies but got an extra order of fries i did not want. I would have appreciated a phone call if they were out of the pies. Second the fries were burnt and thrown all in the bag. The second fries i had were also burnt but still in the fry box but i pulled out this brownish red curly hair out of the french fry box. Unacceptable. i understand mistakes can happen but three mistakes? I threw away all the fries because they were disgusting. I hope this location is able to improve and be more cautious working around food. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is very bad and the treatment is ugly. I made an order at night after work and they gave me a burnt sandwich. I don't know how to eat it so I threw it in the garbage. Midway of eating my fries I found colorful hair in my food!!! I haven’t been this disgusted ever!!!! 😡😡😡 I immediately turned around and I am now in the drive thru asking for a manager just for the guy name Matthew with pinkish hair to tell me he doesn’t have the power to refund me nor exchange my food!!! He pulled the hair out and said I don’t have purple hair 😡There was no manager on duty!! I told him I just want my money back and he could take all the food back but he refused!! The half piece of cheese took me out 🤦🏽‍♀️I am calling corporate in the morning!!!!!

very rude. I will not be going back there, we had a DoorDash order and they first of all “didn’t have it” but the guy had confirmed with screenshots that he payed for the order. We went back twice just to make sure. We felt bad for the guy so we ended up paying for the rest of his order. I hope that lady gets fired she don’t deserve nothing.

I am not sure that if you went on a personal quest to find the worst possible McDonald’s in the entire world, that you would find a worse place than the McDonald’s on Hack’s Cross in olive branch, ms. The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Worse than AT&T and Comcast combined. If I could give negative stars I would. Food: 1

Ordered breakfast online and waited almost 30 minutes before I called and told them I had not received my order. The order was brought out just a few minutes later, luke warm, which tells me the order had been ready for awhile. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with timely delivery of online orders, and it will be the last time. Their food and service is not worth the money. It was Sunday morning and I got in the drive-thru line at 10:24. The line was extremely slow so by the time I got to the speaker the menu switched over to lunch. It was 10:30 exactly when I placed my order. The lady taking my order came back on the speaker and said it's lunch. They refused to give me breakfast. Service Take out

It is a kiosk order only...I say that because several customers stood at the register (place order here) for 2 people to stare and not say a thing! Customers came in and went to the kiosk and told us. I went to a person and asked how to order and she walked right by. 15mins later I went to the counter for a refund and the manager said that my oatmeal is coming. Took the oatmeal and it was liquid like juice. Avoid!!! Especially mobile orders. They’ll make you wait 20 mins at the curbside and then serve you cold food when you finally get it. This happened not once but twice and the second time i declined to pickup, i was still charged. Called the number displayed on door. Left 3 voicemails including a follow-up for a refund, yet even for a courtesy never called back. Service Take out

i made my order online at 11:00. we got to the mcdonalds and the line was long but we decided to wait. we made it to the first window after 45 minutes of waiting. i guess they didnt wanna do their job???? when we got our food, everything was freezing cold and hard. the ice in my drink was already melted as if everything had been sitting there for a while. i also never got my fries that i a paid for. there was no way for my to go back through the line because it already got long again and i wouldve been waiting another hour just to get back to the window. i highly advise to not go to this mcdonalds at night. the one on goodman is way better.
