Decent service is what a majority of guests point out characterizing this spot. According to the guests' opinions, prices are reasonable. The cool atmosphere is to be found here. My 90 year old mother wanted some pancakes and sausage from the Waxahachie McDonald's on this Monday morning Feb. 19th. I went through the drive through and ordered that and a small cup of decaffeinated coffee. Got home with no sausage and cold coffee. I know nothing will come from this but we wanted to make it known just to make ourselves feel better. Thanks for listening! This was my “dinner” tonight. Uncooked burger I can’t eat. My husbands “Big Mac” was over cooked and super super thin. Guess it’s a good thing at least my nieces food was correct. We ordered food on the app for pick up. We got an order of basket fries that probably wouldn’t even fill up a large order. On top of that, the fries were full and raw, so we had to cook them ourselves. We were missing the large fries, a chicken sandwich, and a 6pc nugget. Our family had to ration out the food to ensure the little kids got dinner and ended up having to make sandwiches to ensure everyone was full. Used the kiosk to order our food (2 chicken sandwich meals and a chicken nugget meal). Didn't print a receipt. When we asked for one at the register. She said we can't do that. Than I had to repeat the whole order to get an order number. The food was more subpar than usual. The fries look like they had been cooked in really old grease and tasted the same. Two tips: 1) Take your mobile app order timeline and multiple by 4 and that's the actual time. 2) Check your order. I watched no less than 5 people get the wrong order while waiting for mine. At least they are trying. Just a young crew or unorganized or something is off in their scheduling. Very busy location as well, just I would recommend a different location. HORRIBLE! So ghetto! They literally mess up the order and make it seem like we are lieing. The kiosk doesn’t even print receipts, missing items! “Manager” Brent embarrassed me in front of other patrons. Never again. We don’t have these issues in Oak Cliff. I recently had a disappointing experience at the McDonald's drive-thru in Waxahachie, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Firstly, I found it perplexing that during my drive-thru experience, the staff asked if I intended to use the app to place my order. While I understand that this may be a training issue, it was frustrating to encounter this confusion when I came through the drive-thru specifically to place my order with an employee. The real issue arose when I realized that my order, which was taken correctly, was delivered with mistakes. Unfortunately, by the time I noticed the errors, I was already 13 miles down the road. I acknowledge that I should have checked the order before leaving, but it's disheartening when you expect accuracy and receive the opposite. Moreover, the cost of the meals was exceptionally high—$31 for three people ordering "value" meals. This seems exorbitant, especially considering that pre-2020, a similar order would have been around $15. The discrepancy in price, coupled with missing items, left me questioning the value and quality of the service. I believe there is a need for improvement in both training and operational efficiency at this McDonald's location. I hope my feedback encourages the franchisee to address these concerns promptly, ensuring a better experience for customers in the future. Ordered 4 meals. Had to pull into a spot & wait for my order to come out. 14minutes later & they come out with three meals. He asks me what's missing & I tell him. 12min later he comes out with the missing meal. (It was over a hundred degrees outside!)I get home to find out two of the four meals are not right. UGH! Not cool! When u wait that long the meals should be right! No excuses! I called to speak to a manager, placed on hold for a supervisor who never picked up the phone call on hold.
