Went there to get my daughter a happy meal and one of her nuggets had a bite taken out of them! Absolutely disgusting and manager didn’t seem to care. We will never be coming back to this location. What a bunch of unsanitary dirty freaks. So sick. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sat in their drive thru for 21 minutes. Yes, I said 21 minutes. There reason was they had an issue with a shift change. Of course the food was cold and tasted like absolute garbage. The McDonald's on Havana and Sprague is better than this one. The worst McDonald's in Spokane. Seriously, go somewhere else with hard earned money, because they don't Care about you here. We have Covid. I knew better than to order from this location. Seems their staff doesn't care how the food is prepared. Fries are always cold. No matter the time of day. Last visit for sure. Ordered 2 quarter meals yay for me asked if they could do me a favor and put them in the door dash bag like they usual do since I'm on my motorcycle when I'm picking them up. I was told by the manager behind the counter that the general manager Debbie said they can't do that... like what the hell also of my 2 large fries 1 was full the other was the equivalent to a small and the fries didn't even go to the top of the large fries container. The restrooms doesn't get cleaned sometimes there isn't toilet paper in the restrooms so people would use paper towels,the tables are always dirty,they don't sweep and mop the floors who would want to eat in a dirty restaurant and they are slow getting the orders out to the customers. This review is in regards to James, who was wearing a purple shirt and working at the drive-thru window at roughly 9:30 am on Sunday, February 25th. What on earth makes you think that somebody with long hair, a feminine voice, feminine clothes, and a mask with "They/Them" written on it wants to be called sir? It's entirely unprofessional and rude to blatantly disregard somebody's gender presentation and refer to them in a way you think matches whatever you imagine their genitals to be. Somebody shouldn't have to have a noticeable chest to not be considered male. Additionally, it is completely asinine to refer to somebody younger than yourself with sir or ma'am anyway, especially obviously queer individuals. I understand the fast food industry is busy and stressful at times. I worked in food for nearly ten years. However, that is no excuse to disregard the comfort and happiness of your guests. It is easy to tell who you should and should not refer to with gendered honorifics. Please fix it and develop a more inclusive vocabulary. Without a doubt, probably the best McDonald's in the country in terms of customer service. The sandwiches that come out of here literally look like the commercial standard, I've never seen anything like it. They're professionalism too, it's almost unbelievable. So, I ordered the double cheese jalapeno burger with no cheese sauce and received a raw, singled patty, cheese sauced jalapeno burger. Should have known my food wasn't going to come out right since I repeated myself at the intercom multiple times for just 1!! Not 2 or 7 JUST 1 meal . This is what I get for not going to the one on Sullivan or in liberty lake. Well, I think everyone knows about McDonald's - a fast food place where burgers, chicken, and fries are the basic staples and taste pretty good especially if you are hungry.
