The girl at the drive thru is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for extra ketchup because she gave me 1 ketchup packet and she had the worst attitude claiming they didn’t have any sauces. It was obviously a lie there’s no way she can be stingy with KETCHUP of all things. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The establishment was filthy and the food was horrible. My daughter ordered oatmeal and it was nothing but liquid. I took it back and the manager tried to give me another bowl of that same mess. Had a pick up order placed for my kids, and I was hanging out in the pick up parking spot for 10 minutes. I went inside, saw my order on the counter without a drink, and saw 3 employees talking about when there would be others coming in (line was about 3 vehicles deep), and in one of their hands they had a drink. I sat there for a couple minutes and no one acknowledged my existence, so I took my order (#1969 on todays date and time if any corporate folks are reading this) and ran it out to my family because the kids were screaming the majority of that time. I came back in waited another couple of minutes while the employees continued their conversation, and when the one with the drink finally made eye contact with me they then shuffled their way over with the drink and looked at the empty tray on the counter. I told her I ran that order order out to the car already since it was mine because we had been there for awhile, and I just needed the drink. She hands me the one she’s had the whole time she was talking to the other employees, and tells me, “Well, we just got it.” If I was the manager of this location, I would have been mortified. We have terrible experiences all the time at this location (inaccurate orders, rude and unprofessional staff, etc.), and actively try to go to the ones off our highways, but this is the closest physical location to us— it just also happens to be the worst one to go to in our area BY FAR. I went there around 4:30 on my bike for a mobile order, but I couldn't go through drive-thru or the lobby, however instead of making me wait for the lobby to open in the 44 degree weather, they were kind enough to make the order and bring it to me. Excellent service and easily 10/10 Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I gave this location quite a few chances but they've been messing up a lot lately. They gave my order to someone else, a large order and we were waiting for an hour by the time they were done. The next time I went back they were missing quite a few things and the cashier had to argue with them to give us our items. I asked for my sauces too and they forgot about me at the 3rd window.
