Although fast food and I personally hate fast food ESPECIALLY MCDONALD'S,this location is ran by a good crew. They are always on top of their service, food is always fresh and hot. Fries !!!! Breakfast is definitely always hot and fresh in the morning when we hit the road for travel. We ordered at 5:30 p.m. , on 09.16.23, through the app for drive-through pick up. We were on site ordering our food the whole time. Well, we got to the pick-up window, and the crew member didn't speak the whole time , like greeting us. Well, he passed us our drinks and ice cream cone and said "Number 2". I said "ok" and went to drive 2. Now as we wait for our food to be brought to us , our drinks are just like sweating so bad to the point where it was watered down, ice totally depleted, by the time we got home . All in all it took them from 5:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. to bring our food out to us. I actually was getting out the car to go inside, and that's when I noticed a young man bringing our food out. There were also like 2 other cars next to us waiting longer than us. While the regular drive-through was running smoothly. Just craziness. They guy said it was only 3 people working, and he had just clocked in 3 minutes prior to coming to us. Food was hot though! I don't care how many times a week. I come through there and order a double cheeseburger. No onions, no ketchup, can you not read? It's ridiculous 3 days ano order the same thing. I went there this morning and the pretty lady in the drive-through asked me how I'm doing, and I'm not doing good lol, almost felt like she sensed it, I then asked her how she was and she didn't seem ok either.... I wish I would have asked her out so we could talk, but I didn't and now have to live with that lol. Everything was friendly and professional, food came out fast and fresh! Specifically ask for a fish meal with no salt on my fries and nothing on my fish Sandwich and extra well done but they put cheese on it and I even specifically said no cheese no tartar so then they gave the second one away to somebody else so then I had to wait I know I waited over 30 minutes to get my Sandwich. I love McDonald's, but I will probably not return to this one. Drive through was extremely slow, to each car, including mine and it was not backed up or busy inside. Burger was older, fries were good. I asked for lite ice and then got a bit fully filled drink. The associates were decent, but I will not return to this one again if I can help it. I haven’t had any issues with the actual workers but if you get put in one of the 6 “reserved drive thru” parking spots you’re not getting your food for AT LEAST 20 minutes. I waited 30
