A week ago

I came to this location on 2/29/24. My order was taken by a young lady with glasses and brown hair, not sure her name. When I paid, I was just told the amount, not my order confirmation, which I figured was okay. I got to the window and my order was wrong. I let the staff know and the first lady serving me my food was very nice, but the young lady in the back refused to admit that my order was incorrect, didn’t offer to fix it, and insisted that I ordered what I was being given. As I work a full time job and am not willing to fight with a child, I drove away with the wrong order. Please teach your employees proper customer service. I go to this location frequently, but I do not want to be met with this kind of service again. I understand it’s a chain, but customers deserve to receive what they ORDERED.
