The workers said at the window did you order something else I’m like tf now I got to wait 20 minutes on top of 30 minutes bc the lady said she didn’t hear me ask for breakfast 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 poor service I’m sorry I will never be back here I pay $5 and they take 30 minutes to give me my foods like bro it’s 3:20am 6 people in there and we got to wait that’s crazy 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 everybody Stop 🛑 don’t come here go somewhere else this is unbelievable and it’s just not worth it tbh I wish I can give yall 0 Stars Yall need to do way better in the future. Went through the drive thru around 6:45 this evening. They were not busy at all. I ordered two Mc Doubles with no pickles. Not only did they both have pickles on them, but the one that actually had a grill slip on it, that said "no pickles", had more pickles than usual, and the meat was dry and overcooked. Like they not only did not care, but clearly would have spit in my face if they could have. This was my favorite McDonald's to come to. Never had an issue here before. But clearly something should be done about the staff that was working this evening. There was no reason for this whatsoever. To their credit, as they weren't busy, we got our food very quickly... whoever was working around 10am can not communicate AT ALL, they shouldnt have this person at the drive thru i literally had to go inside to order because she cant understand english and a manager wouldnt come up to the window also when we got our order correctly put in from the gentleman at the lobby our order was 35 before at the drive thru but at the lobby it was 26 so that lady tried to charge me a extra 10$ , i feel like this could come off as shiesty but regardless its all unprofessional, after returning due to a error on the order i spoke with alisandra who made the experience overall better than it was, she redid my order and everything. i feel like its just a lack of communication within the team, - I decide to give the service another try came in and ordered 2 mc muffins, they gave me this!! This place has gone downhill. I didn't end up with half of my order. Then when I asked to get it fixed, they still managed to mess it up. The service is a joke and no one knows what they are doing anymore. This isn't the first time they haven't given me something I've paid for either. It's a shame because this used to be the "good" McDonald's in Pasadena. Save your money and go somewhere else. About a gallon of big Mac sauce!one bite and the middle slides out all over my hands, big glob of sauce shoots out the bottom and ruins my shirt, and I was leaning over a plate! That first bite ruined my lunch, my shirt and basically my whole day. I want my money back, I could probably ring out my shirt and give some of the sauce back. Terrible! I mean don’t expect to EVER make a custom order. I literally just asked for only cheese on a sandwich, then got everything except cheese. Went back, they said sorry we’ll remake it, then gave me a sandwich with just meat, nothing else. Still no cheese. So yeah, paid extra for multiple mistakes. But its mcdonalds, so I guess I shouldn’t have expected anything better. Jack in the box is just the only place to go for fast food 🤷🏻‍♀️ **edited to add that the chicken sandwich I ended up getting was full of cartilage/bones. Didn't really enjoy the cleaning lady gossiping about customers while they were in the restaurant. It's obvious that this employee has zero respect for the customers. She is an older lady with a gold capped tooth. Wish I got her name. Update: I recently complained about a woman that works there, her name is Ava. Well this same woman began harassing a customer yesterday 10/04/2023. You really need to address this employee before you end up losing customers. She's not only gossiping about customers in front of customers but she also likes to scream and harass parents in front of their children. She needs to be terminated ASAP. decent mcdonald’s location, looks very modern. however, the children’s play area is not connected to the main AC…it’s very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. i now avoid this mcdonald’s for this very reason. you also almost always hear the main manager being passive aggressive to her employees.
