My boyfriend and I ordered 20 nuggets, a mcflurry and a sundae through the drive thru. We paid and went up to the second window and they came up to us saying the payment only partially went through so he gave them the card again to try. They took like 5 minutes to run the payment a second time (it did go through), and in the mean time a male worker handed us the mcflurry and the nuggets but not the sundae(he’s holding the sundae). when we get our card back we ask the girl where our sundae is and she says she will check on it, she asks the same male employee if he gave us the sundae in Spanish and he says yes he gave it to us, she tells him we said we didn’t get it yet and he proceeds to lean out the window to look into our car and keeps insisting he gave us the sundae with a bad attitude, he proceeds to call us liars in spanish and saying we got everything. i am watching this whole conversation happen and i finally after 5 more minutes interrupt and I say in Spanish that we never got the sundae. The workers suddenly went very wide eyed when they realized I understood their entire conversation. The male then tells everyone that they can check the cameras because he gave us the sundae and is saying we are liars. I interrupt them again and say I saw the male worker put my sundae down somewhere around the window, the female worker looks behind the male and says “it’s right there!!” the male worker then freezes and refuses to look at us and won’t hand us the ice cream and is rolling his eyes and giving us attitude. Finally my boyfriend is upset and asks if they can just hand us the sundae because this is ridiculous and the male worker hands it to us while huffing and puffing. I was in shock and should’ve asked for a manager but I had never been treated that way before. They insulted us to our faces but thought it was fine because they assume we cannot understand them. My boys are spending their elf gift cards. He ordered 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. No apple but extra fries. He received his nuggets , they were cold and stale, very stale. He got two tiny boxes of French fries. Their was three fries in each box. They were nice and cold but not too stale. I called the store and complained they told me food sitting in under the lights for a couple of hours isn't stale. It's still good food. My favorite is when the employee hangs out the window while swinging our food trying to get us to hurry. We don't go much anymore because the prices have gone up so high I need to stick with coupons. Burger King and Arby's only give out coupons. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I used to really like this McDonalds but recently it’s gotten really bad. Yesterday was the last straw when they wouldn’t give me food that I ordered for. I used their app and I ordered the kerwin frost box with a thing of extra large fries. I pulled up to the window and they gave me the kerwin box but not the fries. After trying to tell them they forgot my fries they slammed the window in my face. I will not go to this McDonalds again until they fix whatever issue is going on within. Id like to say I’m an empathetic guy towards people in the retail/food business, I’ve been/still in that business. But they shouldn’t have treated me that way. Luckily I can dispute the charge with my bank because if they’re not gonna give me all my food I want my money back. I'm deeply concerned about the lack of hand sanitizer at your McDonald's, especially as a healthcare provider during prime RSV season. The playground area was dirty, and attempts to get an employee's attention went unnoticed. The ordering process, involving an empty cup and confusion with tent numbers, led to frustration, cold food, and unhelpful responses from staff. The absence of clear instructions during the order process contributes to dissatisfaction. The decline in service and disregard for customer safety in sanitation efforts is alarming. The overall experience has led me to reconsider dining in the future. Additionally, the feedback form's 26-character code is inconvenient, and the UX/UI quality is surprisingly lacking for a Fortune 500 company. They did it again. Idk why they can’t just give you the fries you paid for. How hard is it to scoop fries into a box? I didn’t order a medium size soggy fries in a large box people. Figure it out!! This is number 3!!! This is owner driven. They are intentionally giving out less fries on purpose. Grow a set of balls and actually reply

I went to this McDonalds and it was delicious! Really, they treat me like family and make amazing food! It makes my day every time I go! Shoutout to Jose! He is a spectacular employee! Check your drive through order, shame on me for not remembering this time. Service is hit and miss here, while I understand it is difficult to get help these days, that is no reason not to pay attention. I would not normally post about something like this, but as this is not a single incident I decided to do so. This morning I went through the drive through and asked for extra hot sauce for my burritos, instead got no hot sauce, that is what makes the burritos worth eating. Really, really awful. I've never been served a hamburger that bad. It must have been sitting in a warmer for hours - the bread was actually hard as a rock. I would never go to this McDonalds again.
