This fast food is proud of nicely cooked cheeseburgers, hamburgers and sausages. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve tasty ice cream and good biscuits here. Guests don't highly appreciate coffee at McDonald's. Many people think that the staff is competent here. Professional service is something that visitors don't like at this place. I want to let you know this McDonald's in Broken Arrow Oklahoma 2525 Aspen Drive across from QuikTrip in Clarion hotel. I have the McDonald's app I've been coming to this McDonald's for a little while now here recently it is a new one I mean it's been here a long time but they update the dining rooms and stuff pretty regular in the inside is nice kiosk is clean floors are clean tables are clean, the employees they have a lot of fun they do and there's nothing wrong with having fun on the job it makes the job go by quicker more efficient right serving the food getting the food out orders so forth. I spent 1,500 points out of the 3000 that I have acquired in the and the manager on duty he was nice He offered me some french fries That's why yeah I don't have any money but you said I'll give you an idea free French fries, I brought a cup in that I found in the trash can outside ice cup He went ahead and upgraded that ice cup to bigger drink which I could get anything then not just water, it was a good atmosphere I enjoyed my meal free meal good customer service I'm standing outside right now underneath the sign what little shade and I'm smoking a cigar no one is complaining meanwhile that gives me a good reason to give a good review for this establishment. Now the restroom it was not the the bath well the toilet itself was a mess but instead of going and complaining about it I went ahead and took a picture of the toilet which the rim was dirty and so forth and I could have cleaned it off to use it but I didn't I did what I did is I did take a picture of it declined on using it but I did go up to the desk and I said anybody I just want to show you a photograph of the men's bathroom and I showed it in photograph he looked at it I didn't say no more and I said I'll be all right and I came back outside just came out to deliver park reserved parking drive through He saw me sitting here I gave him a thumbs up cuz it's hot coming in and out he just smiled at me and went inside. That way just showing the picture says a lot rather than something that I may say with my words I may say something wrong and I don't want to upset anyone but a picture does say a lot of things right. And that's what has gotten me as a reviewer the photos is what people look at photos tell the truth my opinion can tell a lot of story too about me not necessarily about the business but I try to be fair and all aspects of these reviews photos photos tell the truth the person behind the photo you could question correct but I try to stay true to myself and truth the business if I didn't have a good experience that doesn't mean that you should not go there right that's only fair I think people like my honesty fairness telling it like it is but not telling anyone not to go somewhere because I had a bad experience or difficult time just cuz it was difficult for me doesn't mean it's going to be the same for you right we're all different. And that's common sense and I like common sense and I like simple McDonald's has been around for years they are a good company. This location I approve that it's worthy to shop and eat just saying thank you. All of the workers were laughing In the back. And taking their time to get orders out I received my food after 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby. I ordered the number 7 large. And the burgers were to order but the fries look as though they had been cooked and sat out for over an hour their hard and so crunchy you'd probably break a tooth. As the picture shows below I can cleanly break them in half. And I don't think their supposed to be that dark... I would a love a reply back mcdonalds Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I know times are tough but if you have to rip off your customers and send food out like this just shut the doors. I’m not paying for 6 fry’s! You guys are ridiculous Food: 1

Service was poor, not greeted, waited 15 minutes before someone finally took my order (I only had cash so I couldn't use the kiosk). Employees kept looking at us and laughing. Felt very unwelcome. The only good thing was my kid liked his food Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today i ordered bacon egg and cheese mcriddle for my brother and got sausage. It even says bacon on the receipt... I even used the numbering system and just said #5 and they still got it wrong. I dont know how i could make it any easier. Hire people that can read. This is the only fast food place in BA that consistantly messes up orders.

All depends on what time you go then you can get better service when the good people are working and you get the better service. As for food I highly suggest using the app as it's pretty much on what they have and rewards. So if has shakes/Frappuccino unavailable then guarantee that the icecream machine is down at the location and try another if it's what you were wanting Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Nicest architecture of any McDonald's that I have been too. The staff was extra friendly and wanted to make sure that I was a happy costumer. This is the McDonald's that should be the example for all the other stores!
