This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Come here for the charming atmosphere. But a number of people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Awful & expensive. $17.27 for 2 breakfast begals 🥯 & 1 sausage & egg Mcmuffin. The begals were definitely not worth $7 each. Mcmuffin was wrong, had to go back in only to be ignored by staff for over 6 min. Meanwhile, our other sandwiches are getting cold. Just not organized. The wage these guys get should be enough that they at least try harder to be a proper service representative for restaurant. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Although they screwed our order but the fixed it quickly. I used drive thru and there was two ordering lines. Location is just off the I-5 and convenient from both directions while Noth bound was more accessible. Food: 5 Service: 4

I usually don't write reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen, but I feel that this issue needs to be addressed. I have been a regular customer at this location for a few years now. Unfortunately, I have received incorrect orders or missing items on multiple occasions. Whenever this happens, I inform them that my order was incorrect, and sometimes, as a result, I end up with double the food because they can't take back what they gave me already. However, this seems to be a recurring problem, and it's getting frustrating. I have received more free food than what I have actually paid for due to these recurring mistakes. While this is a positive thing in terms of getting more food for a cheaper rate, it would be better to have the correct order the first time without having to complain to workers who don't seem to care about my concerns. There was one occasion when I ordered breakfast, and there were six people standing in line to fix their food orders during the morning rush; this can be used as an example, of the extent of this issue. Along with this problem, the wait times for your order have been prolonged for more than 15 minutes; this happens in the drive-through and in-person ordering. By the time you get your food, it's cold and not pleasant. I hope this can be used to make positive changes because when I come to this location, there was always a problem with food orders and wait times. Food: 2 Service: 1

It's a fast food chain, so if you're expecting total greatness and sit down dining quality, you need to readjust. The service at this location is always pretty okay. The food can be hit or miss, I'm paranoid and don't love seeing pink in my quarter pounders from time to time. I go back and forth on the atmosphere. It's fine, the actual restaurant is fine, typically clean, but I can't grasp the concept or comfort in eating in. Clientele tends to be incredibly disrespectful to other diners and staff, and that ruins the atmosphere for sure. The wait times in the drive through can vary. The only one star situation is more of an infrastructure issue. It is a disproportionate challenge to leave this location, with an uncontrolled exit, and cars from oncoming traffic consistently blocking said exit. All that being said, it's McDonalds, you know what you're signing up for, this location does it well, and if they don't, they'll fix it for you if you're kind. The worst McDonalds ever. After waiting a long time at the counter for my mobile order, the staff told me that the drive through would be faster. I thought they’d prioritize drive-through. I waited over 40 min in the drive through for a few nuggets. Cannot abandon my order, can’t move forward or backwards in the drive through line. Why don’t they send customer cars to the waiting area like a normal drive through? Severely incompetent staff and management. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. UPDATE: after I filed a complaint to McDonald's via customer feedback on their website, the management did get back to me to apologize, said that they will improve employee coaching and offer me a couple of meals as compensation. Staff was friendly and greeted me at the counter to let me know there would be a little wait. Covid friendly ordering space was clean and easily heard, even with my bad hearing! Food was okay but special order was incorrect. There were no straws or napkins in my bag nor were the sauces for my nuggets. The large dining areas are broken in to three sections. There is currently a fantastic big meeting space in the unused play area(shut down due to health concerns of Covid) with great tables and seating. There are also many little spaces to sit in the main dining area if looking for smaller seating area along with a small bar. Bathrooms are pretty clean. I know most of their business is through the drive in,however, even with the lobby being super quiet the floors had some garbage a few places and tables weren't all clean.

"Way Over Cooked" fries served thru drive-thru. I circled back thru and asked if the fries met McDonalds standard. I got a hostile response from the window person and an equally hostile response from the manager. Mistakes and poor quality control happen. However, the resolution of the problem really "sucked". The manager said, "have a nice day". The food and experience deserves a minimal rating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly something is always wrong like today there was no bacon on my double Bacon quarter pounder... usually they forget the whole sandwich or forget the bacon. Doesn't matter if it's my uber order or a pick up order from the app. I've had them close early while I was waiting for my mobile order and instead of let me know or anything they left me sitting there waiting. Got charged for it and everything cause it was on the app and I was checked in... Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
