A week ago

One of the worst McDonald's in town. Every time I come here, and I mean every time, something is wrong. And don't even think about coming here at nighttime. Placed an order in the app only to be told they are only taking cash and can't do mobile orders. What's funny is it's not always the same. One night they may take cash and mobile then another only cash. At this point I'm almost certain it's just lazy workers who do not want to work. last time this happened was 2/27/2024 at 3:30 am cash but nothing else was being taken. And when asked how to get a refund they just said. "It should be back on your card by 7 or 8 am". This of course was a lie because in the app it says the store must refund you. So now I have to go all the way back tomorrow and get a refund for an order that was already paid for, but the workers did not want to make. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
