Ordering tasty op la is a pleasant experience here. It's time to degustate great milkshakes. The staff is efficient that's what makes this fast food so nice. First thing first, there is very short burger menu as for McDonalds, and where are all normal sauces??There are just two mayonnaise based sauces and ketchup 🥲🥲🥲And one more question, there is Lipton iced TEA in a menu, so HOW the TEA can be made with SPARKLING WATER??? Amazing staff! We got our food quickly after ordering it and the food was fresh and tasty. The staff members were happy and helpful. One person from staff offered a bowl of water for our dog without us even asking :) highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited in the drive though for over an hour. Parts of our order was missing or wrong. They did not scan in my card and I lost over 70€ worth of points. There was no way to fix this other than an insincere “sorry” I assume this place is understaffed and runned by teenagers doing the best they can, but it’s not really good. If you use the drive in, check your food before leaving. We spent over 50 euros only to find some of our order was left out. As it was late we couldn't go back since the gates at de schatberg close at 11. By the way, the fries tasted like they were left over from yesterday. But at least the smoothie drink was good. Best MacDonalds ever! I was there for lunch with my older parents (around 80 years!) and the manager was very friendly and helpfull, came to ask few times if everything was ok and brought refreshment towels and peppermints, coffee was great as well as the food, all for a good price, but the best has yet to come: the location is one of the best I ever saw: opposite of a boulevard and lake, with a nice view! 1 hour passed from parking to receiving the order. So an unusually long waiting time for me. But there were really a lot of customers and the effort of the staff was evident. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

McDonalds next to a Hypercharger. Only open until 10pm???? Ok McDrive is open until 12am. But - well my car is at the charger. At least it prevented me from having bad food.

Nice and quite, fresh newspapers are a big plus. But please take the silly ordering screens away and get more "Human" contact. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Really nice staff BUT it was to busy there. Only 2 Terminals from 5 (I'm not sure if there were 4 or 5)were open to order and there were like over 50 people waiting in line to order. It was not possible to order at the front desk. We left the restaurant after 20 minutes waiting without any food.
