Ordering nicely cooked burgers is a nice experience here. It's worth visiting this restaurant because of good ice cream. Clients don't highly appreciate milkshakes at McDonald's. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. People mention that the service is professional here. As a lot of visitors notice, the atmosphere is nice. But google users rated this spot and it didn't gain a high rating.

*The Good 👍🏾* 👍🏾 Location - well located to serve surrounding communities, easily to access from R25. 👍🏾Not far from Norkem Shopping Complex 👍🏾The nearest one is 6-7 Kms in Kempton park CBD. 👍🏾Large outdoor roof covered eating space 👍🏾Self service points 👍🏾Free parking 👍🏾Access for wheelchair bound personnel 👍🏾Kids play area 👍🏾 They've got backup generator during load-shedding 👍🏾 Of course good food for McD lovers☺️ *Room for improvement* 👎🏽Drive-Thru can packed all the way to outside the gate. It is very slow. 👎🏽Limited parking space. 👎🏽It was still under renovations while I was there. So, you couldn't chill outside because of dust and noise. 👎🏽Self service points kept on shutting down/malfunctioning. 👎🏽There is no order inside, customers awaiting their orders and MD, Uber eats drivers crowd the place. 👎🏽Even if you are served with table number, you still have to collect your food from the till point. No one will bring them to your table. So, what's the point of the number?🤷🏽‍♂️ 👎🏽 Limited wall plugs for charging laptop/phone. 👎🏽Only 1 Guy, the one who assists customers who can't use self service points is friendly (big up bror- sorry I don't know your name). Pathetic service I ever receive in my life, order via Mr D and they cant help but have reffered the matter to the franchise also McDonaldSA cant assist as matter need to be handled by the third party which is Mr D. From all my MrD purchases i made a mistake by choosing this franchise and gotten the most disappointment of my life. What it the outcome from this complaint, do I need to visit the store in order for this to be resolved. The service is slow and has deteriorated over the past few months. I always drag to go because of the service, and I am only forced because it's closer to where I stay, and my daughter loves it. I wish the staff was a lot friendlier, especially ko drive through. The quality of the food is no longer the same for the prices we pay. I used to eat the fries 🍟 the following day, and they would still taste good, but now is a huge no no no. The icream Sunday is oh not like it used to. I don't know what they did to it. The service was slow, they focus on drive thru than people in store. I've order Nazo Jalapeño meal with coke, on the time of collection my coke was half while still trying to talk to the guy then he left, the other one came nd I told him that my coke is not full, he then pick up other drink that was on the table and gave it to me nd I asked him how long does that drink been there. Nd he said not long. So fine took the drink then left , only to find out that its coke zero nd I don't like it. So I ddnt enjoy my food. I couldn't turn back because of traffic (peak hour) Mind you , that same coke zero they offered my friend nd she ordered stone zero but poured her coke zero instead. So that coke zero was given to me yooooo 😏😏😏. I'm not happy at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On September 22, 2023, at 19:36, I experienced the worst service ever at the first drive-through window. The lady working there had such a bad attitude, and her choice of words was not professional. I've never experienced such poor service at my local McDonald's, and I am deeply disappointed. Very poor from staff. When I approached the entrance one of the staff members was standing in the door blocking my way in. I had to ask multiple times for her to move so that I can enter. Don't know if it is a manager or normal employee as they were wearing a white shirt.
