Really very upset on the speed. It was 11pm when I reach the place. There's quite a lot of people and cars there.
I ordered 1 happy meal, 1 mcsaver, mcflurry and an apple pie through drive through. As the queue was long, I went to the toilet. It was super duper dirty and no tissue was supplied.
After coming out, my family already waited at the pick up counter for about 5 minutes. We waited there for so long and they haven't finish preparing the food. After 5 more minutes, they finally finish preparing the food, except for the apple pie. The worker asked us to park aside first, and they will send us the food later.
By that time, we were unhappy already. Luckily they sent the apple pie after some time and the food was nice. Fries was crispy and burger was hot.

The service here is so slow, there are literally no one but it still took them 20 minutes to prepare my order. We are here because we don’t have much time so we are thinking to grab something quick. This is suppose to be a fast food restaurant, really don’t understand why they are taking so long just to prepare our order. The staff did apologised to us but the service is just too slow when there are no customer. The management here really need to look into the work efficiency in this branch.

Ayam Goreng Mcd
Medium size McD fast food chain restaurant, located near to the entrance to Highway which is very convenient for a short stop before heading for further distance. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, and the interior design is great. Quite crowded during peak hours.
The 3 order machines located near to the entrance are in good condition and very convenient to order your food / beverages. Price is standard. Food quality is rather standard too. Staffs were efficient, polite and friendly.

A McD serving normal McD food.
The place can be quite congested especially on weekend nights. Planned to drive-thru but the queue just won't move. Had dinner inside the premise instead but the service was quite slow despite the big number of staff working.
Table service was also slow, had to call the staff to clean up the table after around 5 minutes sitting at the available table.

Opted for the drive through as it was quite crowded at the main carpark. Service is prompt, in order not to jam the drive-thru queue, they will hand you the drinks at the drive-thru window, they will then ask you to drive to the waiting lots ahead and thereafter deliver your burgers and fries to you personally.
*Helpful Tip: There are quite a number of carpark lots along the drive-thru so you don't really have to queue up for the lots at the main carpark.

Went here yesterday for beef burgers. Got new menu, beef samurai & beef shogun (with fried egg). The popular BTS menu is also available here😁😁. Went inside the restaurant since quite longer queue for drive thru. No customer beside me inside the restaurant. I ordered for about RM 110+ and the service here was quick beside ice blended mocha & ice blended chocolate 😁
Also ordered choc cake mccafe by secret recipe 😋
Very clean and the staff provide very good service. Even when crowded, environment is still not loud like pasar.
