Been here a few times when I've been in Whanganui, the staff are usually friendly and helpful last night they weren't. Food was fresh just a shame about the staff. We wanted to order at the til and she made us order from the machine then had some issues with my mcds app and ordered an apple pie and it took it off my account but they didn't have any. They offered a sundae but we already had one. Just thought they could have been more helpful and friendly. Me and my father went to liffiton Street maccas as it was the best in our opinion from past times. My big mac, which is meant to be the star of the show burger it had next to no sauce and it was missing the peice of cheese the bun was ok but the patty had holes in it. my dad's quarter pounder was like it was made the day before he said to me, here have a peice of the bun, it was as hard as a rock . my drink had a small leak and went on my lap, and on the seat, my dad's drink was fine. I do understand that the cup is made by a computer, so error may happen every once in a while. So our boys' day out was a bit of a letdown by our go-to menu items. Decided to try kiwi burger… what an absolute waste of money, there was huge amount of sauce, a meat patty and 2 bits of lettuce and an egg that was better off a frisbee! I’m sure there is supposed to be other ingredients… Disappointed!!! ☹️ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This McDonalds was very fast at serving me from ordering at the kiosk to my hand also my food was fresh. But in my opinion the chips needed more salt hahaha. Seems to have a new manager, and it has made a huge difference. Came in for a flat white before travelling on a Sunday busy morning. Even tho it was busy the coffee was on point. Well done to the lady on that machine smashing it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a great experience. I had made a mistake while claiming my nephews player of the day meal, and the manager Jasmine was so helpful and kind.
