Slow service in drive through, burger king is much quicker in my experience. Don't intend to ever go back. I don't know why you have two service lanes. The 2 cars next to me passed me. Had to wait 20 minutes for a simple order. Won't ever go back. Service: 1

Food was amazing, fresh, and fast (less than 3min) but I’d suggest getting drive thru. Messy floors, messy tables, no table delivery, messy bathroom, no music (except for whatever they were blasting in kitchen), no receipts at the kiosk and only two menu screens were working. Staff were pretty nice but constantly had backs turned to customers and everyone could hear *everything* they were saying. Definitely not appropriate for young children. 25 mins in the drive thru tonight...a new concept in fast food!! Apparently lack of staff I was told at the first payment window and when I finally got to the pick up window and still waiting I see 5 staff members milling around and giggling at the drinks dispenser...clearly a lack of GOOD staff and where was the duty manager...lift your game McDonalds your service is terrible! Terrible! Came in to grab a quick snack through the drive through. Can say it will be the last! Gave us drinks with no straws, got the wrong meals, how can they mess that up when there’s only one other car in the drive through….. food tastes like dog poop Price per person $10–20

This was terrible. They should be ashamed at the amount of icecream in the sundae, the dribble of sauce and the PRICE. When asked way the cup was only half full I was told that was how they come. Never again. Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 2

I’m not the one to normally write reviews but the quality and service lately has been absolute garbage. Food missing, sauces missing, long wait times and no care. Was supposed to get a refund 2x weeks ago but have yet to receive any voucher that was supposedly supposed to go to my email. Highly disappointed.
