My husband took the kids to McDonalds. It was not busy, all the tables where dirty, the floor hasn't been cleaned. All the staff was just standing around chatting. The food was horrible! It tastes like McDonald's alright. They have a tablet where you can choose songs to play. Of course, the sound is so low, and the place is so loud that you can't hear the songs anyway. Our cricket team has come to havelock Mcdonald’s on multiple occasions, and have not been pleased with the service and respect of one women. On a thursday night at 7pm she has been on the till twice in a row, and has been extremely rude and incompetent. One machine didn’t print receipts, and when someone went up and asked about their number she said “ well i don’t know what it is” and stood there until we walked away. She stands still and didn’t respond to our questions and even walked away when we asked question. When we asked for our forgotten nuggets and forgotten drinks she said she would make it right away, yet stood there and stared out into the abis, so another guy came and did it for us. us we stood there she gave snarky looks, rolled her here and just did not help. I'm increasingly disappointed with McDonalds. It doesn't seem to matter where I go. This experience wasn't great because the self serve board didn't work so we had to quit half way through and try another one.
