Worst experience ever!! We arrived at 7:10pm serve foods at 8:31 pm,,rice is wet and really expensive for 50 pesos per serving!beef caldereta per serving is not worth the price of 599.the pancit is so dry tops with a very little chicken liver and shrimp lol you can even count the strips of cabbage!!🤣🤣

Love the fresh lumpia. Fried whole was juicy and flavorful without being fatty.

Great news that there's max in roxas unfortunately the staff is so slow and cannot accomodate everyone. Great in advertising as they even get artists but the service is awful. I need to raise my hands several for them to assist and they did not even serve water not unless you ask for several times.
Hope they hire more crew.
Worst bill out ever, ilan beses ka pa magtatawag ng crew or pagaantayin k tlga nila, i don't recommend it to everyone to eat in this branch. As you will wait for an hour to get your food and you will wait another hour to pay for it. If you will dine at their 2nd floor it's crowded. If you bill out the cashier is 1st flr and you need to follow up everytime for your bill. 😞

I ordered the coffee jelly, a supposedly easy-to-prepare item. However, after waiting for almost 30 minutes, my order hadn't arrived. I approached the waitress to follow up, stating the delay was for the coffee jelly. Despite waiting an additional 5 minutes, it didn't appear. Feeling uncomfortable due to the heat outside, I went to the cashier to follow up once more about my order. After nearly 35 minutes of waiting, I received no satisfactory update. While some dishes were enjoyable, the overall customer service experience was lacking. Improvement in customer service is crucial in this industry.

I’m not from Roxas, but I’ve eaten at this restaurant twice. I find the quality of the food of this branch better than those from Manila. The first time I visited, I could tell staff was a bit overwhelmed with the volume of customers. I find that justifiable though, since they were newly opened and they didn’t expect that many people on their first day. My second visit was a lot better. Operations was smoother and you could see that the staff already adjusted to the volume of customers.
Shoutout to my favorite waiter, Rechie who always served us with a smile. 😊
Also, I have to note that this is the most beautiful Max branch Ive been to. The seashell mural on the second floor was amazing. The staff explained to me that it was done by a local artist. It was so mesmerizing to look at, I almost forgot to eat my chicken.

I went in there expecting to have a good time, but I did not. First of all, the seating was very claustrophobic. We were seated on the 2nd floor and I know restaurants need to seat a lot of people, but you can barely walk through the tables from how packed all their chairs and tables were.
Second, their service was terrible. We asked the servers if they had seats open and they said there weren't any, it was all reserved, without even checking. We did see one long table with the reserved sign, but we also saw a long table and two other seating for a table for four that didn't have any signs nor people in it at the side of the room. When we asked the servers if they were available, they said "Oh, you're only a group of 3? Yeah, you can sit there." Like bro, if you didn't want to find us a table, we didn't mind finding one for ourselves, you didn't have to say you're full.
When we ordered, we specifically asked to have an extra plate and glasses of water. They told us 10-15 minutes for the food. We finished 2 episodes of 12 minute videos and almost finished a third one before we got it. We didn't get our extra plate and water. We asked twice more for the water before they brought us the tap water. No ice. We didn't buy any drinks, so we could've choked to death before we even got our water.
Lastly, for the price I was paying, I thought surely that their food was good. It was good taste wise, but it was under cooked. Two meals for almost 1,000 PHP and it wasn't even cooked through? I feel robbed.
When we asked for the bill, we paid, the waiter didn't come back with our change for a long time, so we just walked out and got the change from the till. Never coming back.

Food is very delish! 👌🏼 Namit to the bones gid ang chicken. The place is superb, very new in Roxas City. Service is okay, first time nagkadto medyo galasa pa sila but the 2nd time it’s good na. 👍🏼

My family and I had lunch at Max’s for the first time and we were impressed by the excellent service of the staff of Plantanan Park who were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Salamat gid sa inyo tanan. We will be back. Cheers!

The staff are very welcoming and tries their best to serve everyone well. The atmosphere also is very homey. Delicious dishes as always in Max's.

I've been reading bad reviews of this branch of Max's Restaurant. But I had a pleasant experience with them. We were six in our group and ordered their family set A, and added a few orders. It just took around 15 or 20 minutes for our order to be served. The staff were great; they helped us with whatever we needed.
There were lots of customers when we went there, but our orders were still served in quite a short time.
I can't really make any helpful comments about the food. If you've tried Max's before, their food hasn't changed.
There's parking available but you can still find yourself having problems finding one, since there are just so many people flocking to Plantanan Park.
