Max Grill House doesn't have any parking but it is allowed on the road. As I got out of the car, delicious smells filled the air. The place was rather empty. It took 15 minutes to get the grilled chicken and fries but it was good value for money, $25 . My friend said it tasted good. Advertised desserts were not available. My 1/4 BBQ was rather chewy. I had to cut it up and re-cook it. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Just got 5 boxes of wings, fries, rice and fresh salad. The wings were black! That only happens with really really old oil! Fries were cold and the fresh salad only has lettuce and cabbage??? What is that? Please change your oil for your future customers. I will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I believe in being fair, and give reviews accordingly. Their food tastes good, the place is clean and the atmosphere not bad. Parking is a bit of a problem as there's nowhere to park in front of the business, unless you park along the road and it's always busy. The customer service needs work. When we walked in, we said Good Afternoon and saw nobody for a minute or two. Then I realized there was a young gentleman who was sitting to the far right behind the counter on his phone. He didn't get up until about a minute later to greet us and take our orders. When the food started coming out from the back, the girl who brought it out was very piggish and in a horrible mood it seems. She shouldn't be dealing with people. If I didn't like their food, I'd never go back. Please work on your customer service. Remind your workers to be nice and kind. A smile goes a long way for your business. You definitely get justice for your money, the food taste is consistently good as well. Meals a re prepared relatively quickly so wait time isn't long. Front staff are welcoming. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The attitude I received from an employee (Guyanese accent)this morning at the Sangre Grande Branch was horrible It was if I had to beg to be served while she spoke on her phone. She told me nothing wasnt ready in a very annoyed manner and that i would need to come back in 30 mins even though the opened signed was there and it was around 10:15am. I went to check if my order was ready when she stopped her conversation on the phone and rudely looked at me as if i was a bother, i then asked for a container to put my pepper sauce which made her futher annoyed and she just said 'no'. The phone conversation continued but again I had to disrupt her which anger her more when I reminded her that I had paid for a drink as well. Another staff came out who was much more helpful and gave me my drink. I asked her for a number for the branch as I had concerns I needed addressed but when she asked the said employee she refused saying there was no number and continued talking on her phone. Please check into her, she has no work etiquette. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Was at Arima branch on 9/7/2023...Most despicable service. Cashier was more occupied with playing on her phone than doing her job. People are paying for your product, not begging! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
