Freaking amazing!! We got the Ceviche de pescado, caldo de pescado, y tacos de pescado! It’s too bad we got full because we wanted to keep eating lol but we took the rest to go. Our truck broke down so we were next door getting our truck worked on and Rudy(Mechanic) recommended this place to us and it did not disappoint! Such big portions and great price. We had a lot to take home and I also bought a bottle of their sauce they make in house! It’s really really good and has a nice kick to it 🌶️ thank you all and great service! Excellent food. The owner n his cooks do a great job in the kitchen. His hostess not so much. But overall I do recommend the dine in experience. Although I would have taken it to go had I known they were gonna skip us in line and ended up waiting 2 hours to get seated. Finally was able to check out mariscos el Moreno. Before coming I had heard the aguachiles were bomb and they sure did not disappoint. I was conflicted on whether to give 4 or 5 stars... I decided to give them 5 stars because of how tasty the food was and I blame the wait on the fact that I ordered a lot of food, I didn't call ahead and everything going on with the pandemic. My order included: "Mata Cruda" , Botana Navolato, Botana Mitotera among other items and I must say everything was very delicious. Everything was prepared to go and I was impressed how everything was packaged as well! The To-Go presentation is stellar! The food tasted very fresh which is rare for seafood places in my opinion. The shrimp tasted especially fresh. Oh and try their special Mariscos El Moreno salsa! Only $5! So good. My favorite part of my visit? Customer service. For the most part the staff here were very friendly and attentive. I loved their enthusiasm! It made me want to come back and I'll more than likely do it soon! You should too! I recommend calling and ordering ahead so you can make line in the "Line to pick up." Happy Eating!

Great spot for fresh mariscos, the ceviche verde taste really good. Their guacamole with mariscos is also a great appetizer. Visited on a friday around 11am and it was packed already, can only imagine for dinner and weekends. Service was great, attentive staff. Prices are average for mariscos, about $15 for the order of ceviche. Very limited parking on the lot, or street parking is available. Will be returning soon.

The food was okay. It is a busy and very small place, but the service was good. Based on reviews and shared experiences, I expected more, I wasn't necessarily disappointed but I would not wait to eat there again. I think the affordable prices might influence how people feel about the food...it looks real good on photos but the flavors are just okay.
