We found what we were looking for in authentic tacos at Maiztro 🌮 The location is not far from the main street in Holbox. It’s typically a small garden with lots of plants, good vibes music, and very friendly staff. The tacos themselves were very juicy, spicy, and delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed both the vegetarian options and the chicken variant. Definitely a recommendation for anyone on the island looking for delicious tacos. Came here for a late lunch, covered patio seating. - Tacos: we had the steak, carnita, and chicken tacos. They were simple and decent. I like how the tortillas are well crisped. Remember to ask for the sauces 🌶️ - Hamburger: asked for it without bread to make it gluten free. The patty was okay. The potatoes could be cooked more. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

My favorite taqueria & bar on Holbox. Loved the bartender & waiters in this nice, chill outdoor place to go for a cocktail & delicious taco or guacamole dip. Glad I stumbled into this place in a town of very so-so food.

Like many others have said, this place is fantastic! Super friendly staff, cute little setting with natural shade and the food is incredible - Birria tacos (their speciality) was to die for 🤤🤤
