This not so little store is a hidden away gem. From supplies to cake decor to delight the kids, the range extends to a good variety of quick and easy pastries which have saved many a meeting, function and alleviated exam stress. Staff are on hand, pleasant, customer orientated and very helpful which certainly helps guide one in the right direction. If you have not visited Maison Caitlin there's a place in your heart, kitchen and tummy that needs those pastries and pies. If you have not tried the Blueberry pie.......you have not lived!!!

The name had me expecting a little French gem containing all manner of quality baking devices and supplies...but it wasn't that, unfortunately! It has devices and supplies and things you can't get elsewhere like cookie cutters (bizarrely) but no French feel whatsoever and the decor is lacking for want of a better description. Still, it does have lots of fancy mouldings and food colorings and paints if that's what you're after.

Good range of readymade items to pop in the oven and they are ready. Quality is good. My only gripe is the pepper steak mini pies... they have tiny bit of meat... obviously mince and the filling is skimped on big time. For the price it would not be worth it to purchase again. The mini spinach pies were good and the apricot croissants also good. But the amount of jam is too much... would be nice to actually have apricot pieces in the croissant... the lemon poppy muffin batter is fantastic... muffins were baked and polished off...

Very poor service! On Monday I went to the shop to buy flowers for a birthday cake. There was no stock (not the issue), I asked the shop assistant when they would be getting in more stock, she said Friday. I then stated that I needed the decorations for my granddaughters birthday cake that was needed for Saturday morning. She again said that they would DEFINITELY get the delivery on Friday as they get deliveries EVERY Friday. This morning (Friday) I went to the shop at about 11am to buy the flowers. I was told that the delivery had not arrived but it was DEFINITELY coming! I asked if they would confirm that for me. After much persuading they finally said they would phone and confirm delivery. I was very dismayed when they came back to me and said that there was NOT going to be a delivery! If they had told me that on Monday I would have had days to source other decorations. I have no time now. Very disappointing!!

Love this shop!! Amazing goodies for when the teen wants to bake and the most delicious ready made meals and pastries that you can just pop into the oven! Very handy!!

Good, clean store for baking ingredients, tools and pans. Unique frozen goods like self-branded macarons, frozen pastries, imported ice creams etc. Offers edible prints. Didn't notice any fondant-craft.

Their beef sausage rolls are really good. Also tried their chocolate praline croissants, which I thoroughly enjoyed. A good selection of bakers ware.
