Had a worst experience even since before it was a great hospitality and now In family it’s pathetic service guys who take order they are thinking food is served for free even Infront of ladies they can’t control their anger thank god it’s in saudi if it would have happen in Hyderabad they might know and the main thing the table remained inclean till 25 mins as calculated. Please the family order person should be trained by some manners first . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor quality of chineese food served. Manchurian soup is similar to tomato soup. And chicken chilly served with tandoori roti.

This is not marinated dum biryani guys they are just mixing curry with rice and telling people thats hyderabadi biryani,waste of money and im requesting customer to dont order biryani ,also the rice even not basmati its like a boiled rice. Prices are super expensive for normal people, it could be less because quantity are same as other restaurants, we are normally having Hyderabad cuisine in UAE as well with different restaurants so can say price are higher then quantity. Suggestions to Owner Invest in table bells , things has been change in this modern world but you have less staff with late service. And no bell to call staff every time have to go and inform to come. Unfortunately almost all the restaurants near the Haram are serving the worst quality food at an exaggerated price. However Mairaj restaurant is slightly at a farther distance from the Haram but it's worth eating over there. The restaurant was Good, Food was tasty and although quantity served is considerably less, it's still value for the money. I just changed my star rating from 4 to 2 in many years as the food quality and taste are not the same anymore. Every time any Indian or Pakistani family visit Madinah, the first restaurant they here about is Miraj but in reality, I was so surprised to experience how the food taste and quality have deteriorated (may be their cook has changed). I visited Miraj with family tonight for dinner and ordered the regular stuff like tandoori chicken (taste is plain and reheated one and not fresh at all), Chicken shazewan (too much color) and biryani (medium hot with less quantity of meat and rice too). Even the cold drinks we ordered were not cold. I regret paying 115 riyals for the mediocre food that we ate.
