September 2023 - Wife and I enjoyed a mid-week late evening meal at Lymae. Beach front dining with the squid boats just offshore. Excellent tasting seasonal fish special along with pad pak ruam. Very affordable. All Thai menu. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Recommend you try this restaurant, especially when the weather is nice.

The restaurant appears after a wonderful drive through the green, it is right on the blue sea, carefully built with a beautiful architecture of bamboo, nicely furnished with heavy wooden tables and chairs, and the food so good and also even affordable how I had not expected in such a remote place. Staff so natural and lovely even to a foreigner like me, so rare to see. A real surprise of a restaurant that I will visit again when I pass here on the trip from N to S.
(Just one little thing as complaint: Whenever ordering vegetable in a Thai restaurant, be it mixed veggies or phak khana, Thai broccoli, it is always given in portions of a pharmacist, and as if it were so expensive at the market and very unhealthy to eat enough of it. Why so stingy with vegetable always, it is the best what you can eat, and so cheap on the market! Give enough of it, please!)
Stopped for lunch ... menu totally in Thai, so went for the old Pad Kapow fallback. It came and was quite tasty.
The waitresses were attentive.
Good atmosphere as right on beach and everything clean... yes, can recommend.
