This time lunch with friend. Advanced booking made and got a window seat. But Chinese New Year gathering increases lunch traffic and restaurant is too noisy to talk. Consistently good quality food and nice presentation. Big thumb up for its hotel quality bakery!

They served delicious pasta with enjoyable atmosphere, the stuffs are friendly. I had good time with my friends here. The price is quite reasonable !

portion is not big.... flavor is good though. Lunch time is very crowded. Lulu is a very old Italian restaurant with long history. Ingredients are fresh. Atmosphere and decor can be more updated to keep its charm.

I'm Italian and this is a fake Italian restaurant! Their food has Taiwanese and french taste. I'm suprised to see good reviews here. Maybe from owner's friends or from who doesn't have any idea of Italian food. I trusted the high score here and I was wrong! Let's start to say the service is unprofessional and rude: the waitress wanted decide for us which seats we should take around the table. I was with my wife for our anniversary and basically the waitress asked us to sit down beside each other instead of in front of each other. A romantic dinner in Italian restaurant and have to sit down like in a pub? Is this normal? And we booked a table. Then another waitress gave us another table but the feeling for them was broken. If you wanna eat Italian cuisine I would not suggest this restaurant in Taipei. I never have seen a sea food risotto with salmon and curry. Weird taste for me. We use salmon in Italy but not in sea food plates, expecially risotto sea food. I wanna remind to people that salmon comes from north sea and seafood in Italian plates doesn't include it. then the curry? Isn't Asian? Unbelievable. Then they serve sweet bread with a little bowl with tomatoe and onion. Yeah Italian style but The bread in Italy is salty and not sweet. In France it is sweet. The seafood platter was very poor plate and served with a cream like in France or Taiwan or like tgi Friday's pub. In Italy we serve it with lemon!! I have been in others Italian restaurants in Taipei and I can say clearly this one is the worst so far because pretend to be a good one in a good area but it's just same as a fake cheap Italian restaurant I found out inside the traditional market in zhongshan elementary school area. Last thing when the waitress gave us the bill she stands close the table waiting for money. Not elegant way for a restaurant wanna be elegant! For their prices at least they should have a professional service and not young student girls even can't speak English. I feel vomit due their risotto seafood and feel angry due their service.

Surprisingly good mains. Only place I know of in Taipei that serves ostrich. Starters were noting special, good dessert. Not really Italian food though. Needs a bit more seasoning, but that's par for course in Taiwan. Reasonably priced too. Below average service, but also kind of expected. Went back for lunch and it was a bit more average, although not terrible, but very local style pasta.

Great dinner with family and friends. We enjoy shrimp salad, snail with mashed potato, angel hair pasta, lemon pair, tiramisu, alps spring water, fondant au chocolate, end at Latte! Best taste I ever had. Excellent combination!

Very nice restaurant with very friendly waitress and very good lunch. Hope to be here again when I'm back in Taipei
