I have traveled extensively around the world and would rate this as one of my worst experiences. The place looks inviting being on the river, but don't be fooled. The service was non-existent. Only 1 meal arrived, and that was awful. Not sure if it was a hot or cold dish. Staff were not happy and arguing amongst themselves. Don't bother unless all you want is the river side location/view. Fried food is overdone (see pictures of fried liver and pork neck), food portions are small. Extremely disappointed. Wonder if it's because my table of 8 wasn't local. Either way, please don't waste time coming here, suggest just going to the local night market where you pay less for more quality food ironically. Popular restaurants for tourists The taste is average to not delicious. You can find much more delicious local food in Chiang Rai. Somtam with fermented fish, which is very sweet, the vegetables are not fresh, etc. Recommend other restaurants like Panya larb koi, larb sanam keela, etc. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Average Thai cuisine. Nothing exceptional. The only advantage of this establishment is its location overlooking the river. But there are many other establishments on this river. Very young and unfriendly staff. No smiles. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The place was nice. View was amazing. Food were all great. Taste was 👍👍. Friendly staffs and they are even present near your table to assist you even serving your drinks. Well, actually they do not have tp it coz we customers have hands to serve our drinks. But thanks for their service. Highly recommended. Will surely come back. The food here is good but the highlight is the location by the riverside. We had a pork rib soup with mustard greens which was very tasty. We also had the sour curry with prawns and a vegetable pancake - the pancake was good and the curry was tasty but not as balanced in flavour. It's actually quite tricky to order 'well' because the menu is big and a bit difficult to decipher. The place got really busy over lunch though and the laab seemed a popular choice! A popular riverside restaurant frequent by the local & PRC tourists. TBH, I find the food a bit commercial. I think they pre-cooked and served them accordingly. That probably explain the speed. Taste wise is a bit….how to say it…..blend? Lots of internal organs if you asked me.

a large restaurant, we had booked, because there are a lot of people waiting for a place. It's very good lots of Thai food, big enough for the parking lot. It was on Saturday evening difficulty to find a place for the car, the staff very pleasant. I will come back to it. there are a lot of people who come to this restaurant, the best thing is to book on site. But if you can't book go there there is a wait for seats people to wait the service is very fast Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ฿1,000+

Ambience was good. I ordered two dishes but they forgot about my one dish so we just cancelled it as they took quite awhile to serve the dishes. The food that I had was quite good though. Come early as they got long queue around 6pm.
