This is my new favorite go to breakfast/lunch restaurant. I love the atmosphere of tranquility and the trees combined with the swings are so inviting. This is the perfect spot to have a coffee and read a book by yourself or to enjoy having a catch up with friends. The food is amazing. With each bite there seems to be an explosion of flavors in my mouth. Perfectly balanced, leaving you to crave for the next bite. Friendly and well trained waitresses will compliment your visit. Not our first time here and definitely won’t be our last time either. Plenty of delicious lite breakfast and lunch options and various other baked goodies. Can sit outside on the stoep or in the back garden. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person R 350–400

My word!! This place is STUNNING! The little details in the café is so cute and our meals came in a flash. I loved the fact that you could pour yourself some water free of charge. The atmosphere is so peaceful and comfortable that it honestly feels like home. As a bonus, the staff was so kind to us and always available. Love, love, love. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

I have visited the cafe before and had a great experience, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I arrived at 10 and ordered a drink (which was good), but for 2hours, nobody checked on my table. By 12, I asked for the bill, because I would rather eat somewhere where service is taken seriously. Absolutely beautiful! Conveniently around the corner from the Frank Pietersen Music Centre. Wonderful staff and service. Our waiter was wonderful and the food was diviiine! What an awesome addition to the coffee shop scene in Paarl! This level of service, quality and attention to detail can compete with any coffee shop ANYWHERE. The staff is friendly, helpful and very well trained. Shingirayi Mari was our waiter and made us feel right at home. Even making suggestions as to what cake to order ;) I will highly recommend Lounah for a breakfast, lunch or quick coffee and cake. Best of luck to the owners and staff! We will be back!!
