This is my first time visited and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering the room initially assigned to us, the sound system was notably subpar. It's crucial for such establishments to ensure consistent quality across all rooms. Moreover, the receptionist, AHMAD displayed a rather rude demeanor throughout our interaction. I would recommend that AHMAD and the team pay closer attention to improve the quality of their customer service approach to enhance the overall experience for their patrons.

Booked a room for 4 pax, somehow one of us cannot make it. Before entering, Ive paid for 3 pax. During the karaoke sesh, 2 male staffs interrupted and asked me to pay for another 1 pax. It's compulsory they said, if not they will stop the service. How rude. This has not been explained to us at the counter. I blame the management. Ridiculously poor. The female toilet was smelly. Ice cream machine is poorly maintained.

Omg my experience here is terrible. When my friends and I were first assigned to a room, the screen where we pick the song was lagging really, really bad that we had to wait for a few seconds just to type ONE letter. Then all of a sudden there's an advertisement pop out on the screen and we can't click anywhere to close it. The service call button is broken so I went to the front desk and asked for their help, they sent a staff member and he reset the system. Things still don't go well after that, the screen is still lagging and the advertisement came out again, then the staff there assigned us to a new room, but our mood is totally gone already. Even in the new room, the screen is still lagging, and somehow our playlist mixed with songs that neither did we choose. The random advertisement still popped out, and they reset the system for the third or fourth time already I lost count, and then offered us a new room, but when I asked if the new room is guaranteed will cause no problem, the staff there was hesitated so we choose not to change room. Plus the lyrics on the screen appear two seconds late from the singer on the screen.
However the front desk staff and the operation staff were helpful and polite, and did apologize for the inconvenience and also give us additional time as compensation, and that's my one star review for. If not, this place doesn't even deserve a star.

The experience was extremely negative. The staff, particularly someone named 'Ahmad' at the reception, was unfriendly and displayed a very rude attitude when we checked in. Not visiting again.

Went last Sunday.Disappointed with the lack of songs available which affected our enjoyment there. The karaoke software not user friendly which made searching for songs difficult. The microphone sometimes got sound and sometimes no sound.

The staff didn’t mention to us about the member sign up promotion for november, should be rm18 for annual pass, but they charged all of us 38 for the annual pass, we only know this afterward at another branchh😡

Lousy system, keep lagging even we asked the staff to restart the system, it lag again!! The video is not par with the music.

Overall is good. Just want to point out two comments for owner's improvement. Firstly, it is very hard to call the number for inquiry and appointment. I have called a few times in 30 minutes but failed to get picked up but I am happy with the staff's service during the call anyway. Secondly, we had encountered plastic residue in our food. They replaced with another new meal with the same price to us and explained it well. I am good with it and happy in overall.
