The food and the drinks were absolutely delicious. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food received. Honestly the service and the seating ruin this experience. We were literally sat right in front of the restrooms. In my opinion that booth should be reserve for staff and/or storage. Not paying patrons. Anywho, the service was very mediocre. Not the worst, I’ve experienced, but definitely need some improvements. For example, she never returned to refill our drinks, did not bring saucers for us to share the appetizers, her demeanor was dull and definitely not inviting. So with that being said, I will recommend this place, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. Food was great!! However, I was not as pleased with the service. My waitress was ok, but not as customer oriented as I would have liked. He did not check on us unless I asked for something and was always in a rush. If he brings ya something, he lives quickly before you can address anything else you need! That's not efficient/effective customer service to me. The food is overpriced for the quality and service, so I need to at least have an excellent waitress whose willing to assist me. Our meal with drinks was $ 100; and we only had two drinks. Very overpriced for the service we received. I gathered they were busy and not enough help, but no excuse when you are paying top $$ for exceptional service. At least address the issue and your concerns. Our server was amazing as always and the food was good but the female manager was unprofessional! When me and my husband and baby came to eat we requested a table and to sit with our favorite server Nicole….We wanted a table for the extra room. I heard the manager say “a whole table for two people” with an attitude. I could understand if there was someone ahead of us who needed a table or a party who needed it, but when we walked in we were the only people at the host stand. Left the Logans Roadhouse from across the street because they were so bad just from seating me I ran off. I’m glad I ran over here. I came in for lunch and the staff were quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and smelled awesome. My table was clean also. My waitress was very professional, quick, friendly and attentive. The food was great too, especially the strawberry shortcake. It’s was the best I’ve ever had and I’m from Florida where that’s the state desert, it was better by far. My only issue was I ordered my steak medium and it came back well done. The waitress handled it perfectly though and offered numerous times to get me another cooked to my liking, I declined because even though the steak was well done, it was still tender and flavorful so I decided to eat it and was given a discount so I still left happy. We enjoyed our meal...the mushroom add-on to the steak was a great choice. The brocolli is cooked to perfection, and the mac-n-cheese is the best side dish ever. Our waitress, I think her name was Nicole, provided top-notch service! She was so kind and attentive!
