my boyfriend and i went for our anniversary and our server Kennedy was great! we both got wine, an appetizer, and an entree. food came out quickly, was hot, and correct! our server was obviously slammed and did her absolute best! she was super polite and checked in often. we did go on a Saturday night, so they were busy, but the call ahead took our 40 minute wait to 10! Overall, good place to get your steak and other eatery. Enjoyed my medium rare steak, but other party's well cooked steak was noted to be hard to chew. I liked the sides though. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This was my first time visiting LongHorn, and it was enjoyable. I went on a Tuesday night, and it wasn’t busy at all. I joined the waitlist before I started driving and got a table immediately when I entered. I got the Parmesan crusted chicken with a side salad and the steak Mac and cheese. The chicken and salad was delicious, but I was very disappointed with the mac and cheese I paid EXTRA for. At first I thought they forget the steak but realized the pieces of “steak” were minuscule. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, especially after I paid EXTRA for the side. Very disappointed. The dining experience was good. The wait staff could have been a little more attentive. Went for a friend's birthday. Our server was lovely but the kitchen was questionable. My salmon came out cold so the server took it back. Kitchen sent it back out hard as a rock. It looked so bad the server told me before returning it that she had put in a new order for me because it didn't look right even to her. Definitely not somewhere I would eagerly return to. We enjoyed the food, but the place smelled like wet carpet. We were only given 1 set of silverware for 3 of us. I asked for more and was only brought 1 more, which is okay when there are 2 forks to a set, but it sucks sharing a napkin between 2 people. I was told they were low on silverware. It seemed an odd thing to be low on when they had just opened; the lunch crowd was minimal, and the basket holding napkin-wrapped silverware had plenty in it not to be stingy with. We were there on 2/19 with a party of 7. It was a busy night so I gave the waitress some leeway but it was terrible from the start.She brought 1 small loaf of bread for 7 people and I asked for another which never got.2 of our steaks were reversed in doneness so we had to swap but they were different steaks. 2 of us didn't get our side until after the meal was finished tho we asked twice. Never did get the sauce I asked for. Never got drink refills until we were ready to leave. She would come to the table next to us and wait on them but wouldn't look at us and walk away.She didn't have any trouble keeping them satisfied. This was probably the worst service I have ever received so I only left a $15 tip on a $200 bill which was more than she deserved. When the bill showed up on my bank account they had added another $17 which I suppose was for an extra tip. This was so wrong in every sense. We were regular customer's but will never go there again. I went with 2 of my family members and we all ordered different things, which were all excellent. I ordered a filet(butterflied) and it was absolutely phenomenal, maybe the best steak I've ever had. The service was great, our server was very kind and patient with us,(Unfortunately did not get her name.) The wait time was not long at all, originally it was 15-20 minutes but ended up only being about 5. We got our food very quickly, everything was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend visiting this location!

I recognize that restaurant experiences can vary greatly from person to person and visit to visit, but our most recent experience here was great. The wait, on a Friday night, wasn't terrible. The food was good, and the service was better. Everything came out hot and in a timely manner. Restaurant work is tough, and I'm grateful for those who do it.
