Very nice café, where you can drink coffee from the classic roastery next door. The typical Swedish brewed coffee is available in two flavours, and you are encouraged by the friendly staff to take refills so you can try both. A random surprise that I highly recommend. It's hard to miss the aroma of Löfbergs' freshly roasted beans when passing through central Karlstad. The office/cafe is located just minutes from the central railway station. The guided tour is not to be missed. The tour is usually conducted in Swedish but the staff switched to English for us. Our guide Adia Niy was brilliant. Her tour was highly professional. She was detailed enthusiastic and took good care of the group. We toured the factory and saw how a batch of beans would go through the process for careful sampling, taste testing, roasting, packaging and transportation. The tour also includes a visit to the penthouse where we heard about how the Löfbergs family started the business. Apart from the tour, the views of the bew waterfront and Karlstad from the top floor were marvelous. At the end of the tour guests can stay and sample the coffee and treats at the café. We enjoyed a coffee sampling and learnt many interesting and useful tips about the different roasts and coffee preparation. Enjoyed our excellent time here. Café in Löfbergs factory building, coffee was good as well as the raw cake. Cozy place for fika where you can even see the factory conveyor moving the coffee packs behind the window although curtains could have been more open.

First visit, had no idea that there even was a café here! Parking could be an issue but is solvable. Recommend that you park on the other side of the roundabout, towards the park. The view from the inside is... Over the roundabout. But, maybe you don't go there for the view but for the company and the great tasting coffee or tea! Or sandwiches... If you love coffee, this is THE place to visit when in Karlstad! They offer exclusive coffee variations brewed in different ways, as well as non-alcoholic coffee drinks that are absolutely fabulous. If you call and plan ahead you may be able to come along on one of the sometimes offered tours of the coffee roasting plant. The selection of pastries and baked goods is somewhat limited, but bear in mind, that's not the feature of this establishment. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pleasantly surprised. We drink Löfbergs ground coffee at my office, and it's almost undrinkable. However, the coffee at their flagship cafe is what I'd expect from any quality roastery.
