Pizza looked and tasted undercooked. Called them and spoke with the manager. They claimed it was staffing issues and I’m hoping they’ll be good the next time there’s a school pizza party.

Ordered 2 Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni pizzas and they failed to put the butter and parm on both pizzas. Crazy Bread was undercooked as well.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and waited 15 for it when I got it was the wrong pizza. The service was terrible the lady full on walked away while I trying to order. Plus I waited 15 minutes while they had pizza ready and just wouldn’t give it to me. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My first coming here. I’m not from the area but I ordered 2 pizza and crazy bread. I didn’t think I need to check my bread but when I got to my destination I had 5 pieces of bread that looked like someone had eaten the rest and they charge almost 6 dollars for a crazy bread combo. I had to hurry up and throw it in the garbage before my kids asked to eat it. I couldn’t believe it. I wished I took a picture. Picked up deep dish ultimate pizza using portal pick up. Excellent pizza and easy to order & pick up f iij r the money. I only thing I didn't like was that the code didn't work when I put the correct one in. Counter person, who was already very busy, had to get the pizza for me. I needed to get pizza in a pinch for a school pizza party. I went to the location near my house (on 12 mile), but it wasn't open (even though it's hours said it should have been). I went to the 11 mile FH location and they had my online order available a minute after I got there. I am so thankful I could walk out and get to my kid's school with pizza for their lunch.
