Not even a star, the pizza is worse and on top of that, it's not even hot, nor can I buy pizza here. Do your job well, super disappointed. They took advantage of the fact that it was a delivery because if I had picked it up they would have had to repeat it. Service Delivery Food: 1

I wish the employees wore name tags or if they do I’ve never seen them-I’ve always had good service when I stop for a quick pepperoni pizza. However, tonight the worst experience with this younger girl who looked asleep and acted like she didn’t wanna be there. When I first walked in one girl (taller, had long braids and wearing a cap) was working the register after a few minutes and 4 paying customers waiting this rude girl (much shorter, no cap, hair in a high pony tail looked like a poof) stood up I guess she was asleep sitting down by the wall-asked what she could get me but wasn’t speaking loud enough to be heard. Anytime I asked ‘excuse me, do what or what did you say?’ she’d basically yell her response with the most negative attitude as If I was an idiot to not of heard her low speaking voice the first time. I don’t appreciate being spoken to as if I’m stupid. Ive always worked in customer service therefore I treat people the way I want to be treated. She clearly doesn’t like her job-probably time for her to find something that doesn’t involve face to face customer service or any cashier job for that matter. Visited this location today and the young lady with the short locs (looks like a boy) is extremely rude and not attentive. I stood at the register ready to pay and she had her phone in hand texting the entire time to even noticed. Leaned over the counter texting the entire time, rude to every customer who visited after me. If I was a franchise owe we she would not be working at my business! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible! The pizzas are no longer light and fresh. They are now burnt and crust be different sizes. Fire the whole staff and those teenagers.

Their pizzas a usually good. Service was Great in the past. Last couple of times I have been in my local one they did not have any pizzas waiting to be purchased I mean, their signature hot and ready. Tonight, everybody had to wait in their order to be cooked. To make it worse, I had to recut my pizza. By the way mine was cut, I would say they did not take the time or did not care

The pizza is usually good here, hardly have any issues with my orders. The customer service is awful though! As soon as I walked in, the lady impolitely yelled out to several customers and I that there wouldn’t be any food available for 10 minutes and that we would have to just wait. I then explained that I had placed a mobile order ahead of time and the app claimed it was ready in the Portal. So, I asked if I still needed to wait. She made a face and repeated the same thing she said earlier. And I understand that, that’s not the issue… But she could have had a different approach. Extremely rude.
