Second time a month apart this location is a joke. Employees allowing friends behind counter, some of which had extremely long hair. Don't expect anything other than hot and now. Everytime you ask for something else it's a 45 minutes wait. Once you get the pizza it's nasty and I would not classify it as pizza. More like soup. But oh well, this is the state of businesses these days with kids who have no concern for the product they put out. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Requested light bake, as shown on receipt. As shown in picture burnt pizza, crust, toppings, very inedible due to burnt taste. Very frustrating to order, pay and wait to receive inedible food and then on to rethink dinner for your family. Pizza Hut is across the street. Just go there. There employees here are all dirty, RUDE and unprofessional as ever. SEAN the store manager told me after I placed mt online order 45 minutes ago that I had to wait another 15 minutes. When I asked why he said "I don't know what to tell you, you can not come here any ore or wait another 15 minutes ". But what can you really expect from a company that pays their employees 7.25 hour. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THIS TRASH FRANCHISE. Pay the extra 3$ and just go to pizza hut. Little caesars won't have a damn thing "hot and ready" anyways. A bunch of greasy head dirty looking pill heads at this location! And if Sean is the store manager you chose to represent yall, then you must be on something!

Only 2nd time ordering from this place. First time was okay. This time I feel extremely sick. I don’t know what’s wrong, but I won’t be ordering from here again. This food made me feel extremely ill. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and saw lots of angry faces waiting inside. This prompted me to ask how long the wait was for a regular pepperoni pizza. The young man at the window said “an hour or more”. An hour wait for pizza that’s supposed to be “hot and ready” is ridiculous and laughable. Service: 1

I don’t know where the snotty nosed dude came from but he gave me a buzzer and pretty sure he forgot about me. Cause I waited 20 min watched every single car after me get their food and leave and finally once I caught on and came back my food was sitting on THE COUNTER. Not even inside the warmer. I live in East Tennessee & was in Summerville for the week visiting my parents. I was picking up a few things from Food Lion as we were leaving I saw Little Caesars & knew that's what I wanted for dinner & OMG, best decision EVER! We ended up with a Extra-Mostes(??🤔🤷‍♀️??) Pepperoni & it was delicious!! I can't say it was one specific thing, it just had the best flavor! 🤤🍕🍕 Wish our location at home tasted like that. Good job Little Caesars!
