Gave 4 stars because I love 2 get my pizza from the pizza portal. It's fast and convenient. Just be sure 2 ask 4 your crazy sauce. Other than that, the pizza is hit and miss. I always order extra sauce because they're dry. Don't think they should charge more for that, but that's what I've noticed when I customize my single topping pizza. Waiting in a Friday/Pizza night drive-thru line, wrapped around the building, for a pizza I ordered to be ready for pickup at 945. I knew the line would be long that’s why I ordered pick up. Apparently, the lobby closes at 930. That would be good info to post clearly on the ordering website or Google Maps page. I could maybe understand if the lobby had a dine-in area to clean. The area isn't twice as dangerous at 10 as it is at 930. Why then is it so difficult to ask me for my code and hand me the pizza through the door and relock? You have staff literally standing in front of the door and not behind the counter! The woman on the phone asked my name like she had a favorable solution, to then tell me she didn’t know what to tell me. God awful service, and not meeting the slogan of being hot n ready. Haven’t even had the pizza yet to speak on taste but I’d advise you to avoid this one! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza was a hour late at the Portal, the workers were saying vulgar remarks about customers, and the pizza was a greasie soggy mess. We couldn't eat it so I fed it to the dogs but they didn't eat it either. Wast of time and money. Happy holidays! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in on a Saturday night around 430, ordered 2 pepperoni and a cheese. The nice woman at the register said it would be 10-15 minutes because they just ran out of cheese. No problem. After I waited for 10-15 minutes, I saw a man come in and order 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. He got his order right away. I asked the girl to find out what was taking so long. The ones in the back preparing orders looked like they hadn't even seen my order yet. She came back and said 10-15 more minutes. I explained how the other man got a cheese after me. And I didn't want to wait 15 more minutes. What could they Do? She asked a manager who came to the front. He started throwing his arms around, bobbing his head and giving me the worst attitude out of no where. He explained their system- which I appreciated. I now understood why it was taking longer. But I still said I shouldn't have to wait when there are cheese hot and ready available. He said that I WAS HOLDING THEM UP because instead of being back there helping, he was having to talk to me!!!!! He said I could either get a refund or wait. WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?! I waited. Furious. A simple "I'm sorry it's taking longer than expected," a major attitude adjustment, and a change in his tone would have helped tremendously! Instead of saying our 45 second conversation because of my questions was the problem. So incredibly rude. I didn't get his name. He was a young African American man. 2 stars instead of 1 because the woman at the register was incredibly nice and everyone was working hard.

Hard to beat the Hot'n'Ready Thin Crust Pepperoni pizza for value, and consistent, good flavor. Is it fancy boutique pizza, with truffles and foie gras? No, of course not. But that's not what I usually feel like eating anyways. No pretense, just good taste.

Will never frequent a Little Caesars again. You can Thank employee Ja Shaun ( manager did not give me his last name) for that. Got a refund after being cussed out because they asked me to pull up and walk in to get what I ordered. Told em I couldn't do that. I am not able to walk in to get it. Not that I got a chance to even tell them that. I was everything but a child of God with my kid in there listening to it. I'm assuming it was a manager who came and gave me my refund. She was of the same opinion as him without asking me anything about why I did not want to pull up. She had to literally push him back because Ja Shaun did not like the fact I asked for his name to make a complaint and lunged at me. The "manager" said the drive thru is for pick up orders only. I have never seen one thing posted anywhere on a sign at the drive thru that says that. Ja Shaun never once told me that before he took my order or my money. Why did he even take an order if you could only do pick up orders at the window. Instead of assuming I just didnt wanna pull over with the other 10ish cars they had waiting and start yelling a cussing me out, maybe you should of let me finish my sentence first. I hope they both get fired. I am owed more than a refund for all that happening for no reason in front of my kid. I would give zero stars if I could.
